Un motochorro falleció, mientras que otros 3 delincuentes lograron fugar ilesos, como saldo de un violento tiroteo que se registró en la localidad San José, en el partido de Lomas de Zamora.
El suceso ocurrió cuando los delincuentes, a bordo de 2 motocicletas, pretendieron asaltar a un oficial de la policía de esa comuna. Los voceros revelaron que el hecho se produjo a las 23.10 del viernes pasado en el cruce de El Picaflor y El Zorzal, a 150 metros del límite con el partido de Almirante Brown, donde los 4 individuos, que se movilizaban en 2 motos, interceptaron al oficial, quien se hallaba franco de servicio y vestido de civil.
Rápidamente, los sujetos amenazaron al hombre, quien momentos antes había descendido de un colectivo de la línea 266. Pero el damnificado se resistió al asalto y se identificó como personal de la fuerza de seguridad.
A raíz de este motivo, los ladrones no dudaron en efectuar disparos contra el oficial, quien respondió la agresión, con su pistola reglamentaria.
Como consecuencia del tiroteo, uno de los delincuentes cayó muerto. En tanto, los restantes individuos lograron huir a la carrera y se escondieron en las calles del barrio del el sur del conurbano provincial. El sujeto abatido fue identificado como José Luis Cáceres, de 21 años, quien residía en Monte Chingolo, en el partido de Lanús.
Las autoridades consideran que los vehículos tenían pedido de secuestro, ya que aparentemente habrían sido robadas. La víctima del asalto resultó ilesa.
