El precandidato a intendente de Almirante Brown, Mariano Cascallares, denunció que el gobierno municipal no invierte en las escuelas el Fondo Educativo que envía el Gobierno Nacional. “En el 2014 la Nación giró $31 millones para reparar las escuelas y a los establecimientos sólo llegó $1 millón”, aseguró.
“La normativa dispone que esos recursos son de asignación específica. Deben ir a las escuelas. Pese a ello, las autoridades municipales en su momento Darío Giustozzi y después Daniel Bolettieri no invierten en las escuelas esos recursos”, denunció Cascallares, quien aseguró que “con esos fondos se podrían haber construido dos jardines por mes en Almirante Brown”.
“Lamentablemente, el Municipio no invierte en los establecimientos educativos todos los recursos del Fondo Educativo que envía la Nación para reparar las escuelas. Nosotros vamos a revertir eso“, aseguró Cascallares en una reunión que tuvo con docentes del distrito que integran los Foros “Patria Educativa” con quienes conversó sobre su propuestas de gobierno, focalizadas en especial en la materia educativa.
“Patria Educativa” es un espacio de debate, reflexión y consenso acerca de las principales metas de la educación y su agenda de cara al 2020 del proyecto nacional y popular que congrega a docentes que vienen trabajando en la gestión educativa en el país.
Además de hablar del Fondo Educativo, el precandidato a intendente se refirió al proyecto de creación de a Universidad de Almirante Brown, que ya tiene media sanción en la Cámara de Diputados. “Durante nuestra gestión al frente del Municipio browniano concretaremos el demorado proyecto de la Universidad Nacional de Almirante Brown“, remarcó Cascallares.
El proyecto lleva años paralizado y obtuvo media sanción en el Congreso Nacional merced a la gestión del FpV que logró recolectar miles de adhesiones a la nueva Casa de Altos Estudios, impulsada también por otros referentes de esa fuerza política, como José Lepere, candidato a primer concejal en la lista de unidad que el kirchnerismo selló para enfrentar a Giustozzi.
De ser elegido, Cascallares y su equipo deberán trabajar duro: la Quinta Rocca, el lugar que heredó la actual administración municipal para que sea la sede de la nueva Universidad, se encuentra abandonada por la gestión que ahora encabeza Daniel Bolettieri.
El precandidato a intendente insistió en que la lista de unidad que encabeza está “trabajando muy fuerte para que comience a funcionar en nuestra ciudad la décima universidad creada en nuestro país durante la última década ganada”.
Visita al Jardín 936
Cascallares visitó el martes el Jardín 936 de Los Alamos que recibió un subsidio del Fondo de Reparaciones Menores del Ministerio de Educación que permitirá mejorar las condiciones educativas de los alumnos de la escuela. “Estamos gestionando ayuda para las instituciones escolares de Almirante Brown que tienen necesidades“, señaló Cascallares que además conversó con los docentes, padres y vecinos sobre las necesidades de su barrio.
“Agradecemos a la directora Marcela y a toda la comunidad educativa. Estuvimos con los vecinos y los reclamos al Municipio son interminables. Cloacas, asfalto, agua potable, inseguridad, etc. Es hora de que Almirante Brown tenga un intendente que sea del distrito, que quiera ser intendente y que no pida el voto para luego encarar una aventura personal olvidándose de la gente“, remarcó Cascallares.
