La idea nació a partir de la movida de un grupo de vecinos y la motorizó Miguel Angel Antúnez: habló con dos sociedades de fomento de la zona, interesó a otros vecinos y consiguió que cada uno pague 10 pesos para poder tener servicio de baño, energía eléctrica y agua caliente.
La convocatoria de “trueque y venta de usado”, tal como se anuncia, es el sábado 25 de junio de 9 a 15 en Soler al 1100, esquina Arenales, de Burzaco. Se trata de un predio que tiene casi una manzana, donde los vecinos se autoconvocaron a través de las redes sociales para llevar distintos productos y ofrecerlos bajo la modalidad del trueque.
Los vecinos llegaron a ese predio después de llevar sus productos a la plaza de Burzaco, adonde montaron una feria americana, pero fueron desalojados. Entonces empezaron a pensar en un espacio en el cual ofrecer sus productos para trueque y también para venta en dinero en efectivo.
