Un agente de la Policía Metropolitana se tiroteó el sábado por la noche con tres delincuentes que intentaron asaltarlo, uno de los cuales murió por los disparos, informaron desde el organismo policial porteño.
Según fuentes de la Metropolitana, al policía le chocaron el auto con intenciones de robo cuando circulaba cerca de las 20, en el cruce de
Lisandro de la Torre y Beruti, en el partido bonaerense de Quilmes. El efectivo, un oficial mayor vestido de civil, iba solo a bordo de su vehículo cuando se produjo el choque, que derivó en una breve persecución hasta que el efectivo descendió de su rodado para pedirle los datos del seguro al otro conductor. El agente recibió un balazo en un pómulo, con orificio de entrada y salida
En esas circunstancias, uno de los ocupantes del segundo auto lo amenazó con un arma de fuego para robarle, por lo que el policía se identificó como tal y se defendió con su pistola reglamentaria, dijeron los informantes.
Según las fuentes, se produjo un tiroteo en el que el efectivo recibió un balazo en un pómulo, con orificio de entrada y salida, un roce en la frente y un tercero en un glúteo, mientras que uno de los asaltantes murió baleado en el lugar.
Tras el enfrentamiento, otro de los delincuentes fue detenido ileso por personal policial de Quilmes mientras que el restante escapó con el arma del efectivo, que fue trasladado a un hospital de la zona donde esta tarde permanecía internado fuera de peligro.
