Los interesados en participar pueden inscribirse en el Boulevard Shoppíng (Av. Hipólito Yrigoyen al 13.200), de lunes a vienres de 11 a 18 y los sábados de 11 a 15; en Adrogué Running (Quintana 948, Adrogué), de lunes a vienres de 8 a 21 y lo ssábados de 9,30 a 11, ó en Inka (Etchegoyen 590, entre Alsina y Alcorta, Burzaco), de lunes a viernes de 9,30 a 18.
Qué es el Cross Country
El Cross Country es una disciplina del Atletismo enmarcada dentro de las actividades de Track & Field (Pista y Campo) donde el atleta recorre un circuito cerrado en varias oportunidades hasta cumplir con la distancia determinada.
Esta especialidad no cuenta con una gran difusión dentro del creciente mercado del running, debido a la escasez de pruebas de estas características en el calendario local, ya que las pruebas de calle o las desarrolladas en marcos naturales (cross – aventura) son las que han tenido mayor crecimiento en estos ultimos años.
El Cross Country es de participación individual, y las distancias varían según la categoría y edad. Las mujeres correr cross corto (4k) mientras que los caballeros mayores corren cross largo que puede ser de 8k, 10k o hasta 12k.
