La justicia ancló en el Sur del Gran Buenos Aires y finalmente los violentos que contaminan de violencia los estadios de fútbol fueron condenados. A mediados de 2012, Daniel Sosa fue asesinado en las inmediaciones del estadio de Lanús y hoy los culpables reciben su merecido. El Tribunal Oral 3 de Lomas de Zamora condenó a prisión perpetua a cuatro integrantes de la barra del Granate, de la facción Villa Sapito: Héctor y Jonathan Lescano, Mario González y Alfredo Banegas
Según informa el diario El Argentino Zona Sur El 26 de mayo de 2012, Lanús recibía en su cancha a All Boys por el torneo local, ya sin mucho en juego. Sin embargo, un rato antes, la violencia dijo presente una vez más en nuestro fútbol. Dos facciones de la barra brava local, denominada “La 14”, se enfrentaron a los tiros y el resultado fue que uno de los involucrados ter-minó muerto. Daniel Sosa, de 21 años, integraba el grupo de Monte Chingolo, que fue atacado por los de Villa Sapito, que en aquél entonces mandaba en la tribuna, con Fanfi Goncebatte como jefe, fue la víctima fatal que tuvieron que lamentar por el Sur.
Para entender el porqué de la división en la tribuna de Lanús hay que remontar-se algunos años atrás, cuando Fanfi decidió dejar el para avalancha y comandar los negocios desde las entrañas del club, hecho que desató la ira del otro grupo. Los de Monte Chingolo comenzaron a generar un clima hostil con robos y demás hechos delic-tivos, que generó que la co-misión directiva los apoye. Y aquél 26 de mayo se desató la guerra, que ya era crónica de una muerte anunciada.
Tres años después del epi-sodio de violencia, la Justicia denominó coautores de “ho-micidio agravado, y tentativa de homicidio en cinco casos, en un espectáculo deporti-vo” a Mario Gónzalez, Héctor y Jonathan Lescano y Alfredo Banegas. Éstos últimos dos contaban además con “portación ilegal de arma de fuego”, en el momento de la detención. Los jueces fueron un fiel reflejo de lo que había pedido el fiscal de Lomas de Zamora Sebastián Scalera, quien había solicitado la prisión perpetua, al tiempo que había pedido la absolución para Vanesa Cabello y Lucas Ramos, por entender que “no ha sido demostrado la coautoría”, algo que también concedió el Tribunal. Por este caso ya había sido condenado a prisión perpe-tua Ariel Cárdenas, en 2013. La fiscal Scalera añadió so-bre el fallo: “Se incorporaron por lectura esos testimonios, pero fueron complementarios. Hubo muchos testigos, entre ellos un policía, que identi-ficaron claramente a quienes dispararon”.
