La Cámara de Senadores bonaerense aprobó un proyecto enviado por el gobernador Daniel Scioli que crea en la provincia el Programa “#NiUnaMenos” de erradicación de las violencias contra las mujeres.
El objetivo del programa es reducir los índices de violencia de género, y para esto considera fundamental que los derechos que asisten a las mujeres y los recursos estatales a disposición para erradicar la violencia de género sean conocidos por toda la sociedad desde la escuela misma.
Así, la iniciativa -que deberá ser tratada por Diputados- promueve la realización de cursos obligatorios en todos los institutos de formación, en las escuelas y también para los futuros matrimonios.
“#NiUnaMenos” será de aplicación obligatoria en todos los ámbitos del Estado provincial donde se desarrollen actividades de formación y capacitación, en y los institutos de formación dependientes del Poder Ejecutivo provincial deberán incluir el Programa en las respectivas currículas.
El programa se estructura sobre los conceptos de perspectiva de género, derechos de las mujeres y erradicación de la violencia, y “será de aplicación en todos los niveles de enseñanza pública de la provincia a partir del ciclo lectivo 2016 y se desarrollará durante la primera semana de junio de cada año”, establece la iniciativa.
Aquellas personas que soliciten contraer matrimonio también deberán cumplir con esta capacitación, que elaborará la Dirección Provincial del Registro de las Personas.
La iniciativa tomó el nombre #NiUnaMenos a raíz de la multitudinaria movilización contra de la violencia de género realizada el pasado 3 de junio en distintas ciudades argentinas para protestar contra los femicidios y la violencia.
