Que el giustozzismo tiene la manía de gastar en publicidad no es una novedad. Es, más bien, el estilo que el ex intendente de Almirante Brown y actual diputado nacional le impone al Municipio aunque en lo formal no sea él quien lo conduce sino Daniel Bolettieri, su delfín, a quien primero subió como precandidato y después -cuando vio que no levantaba vuelo su propia candidatura como gobernador bonaerense- lo bajó para ocupar su lugar como precandidato a intendente.
En esta loca carrera de pliegues y repliegues, Rubén Darío Giustozzi desató una guerra contra su adversario en las elecciones primarias del 9 de agosto, Mariano Cascallares.
Es que el ex massista contrató cooperativistas para encargarles la específica tarea de despegar todo tipo de carteles que no tengan su nombre. Para eso sumó, 600 cooperativistas que pagan los vecinos de Brown con sus impuestos.
“Nosotros salimos al territorio de modo militante, mientras que el Municipio paga un programa para barrer con la publicidad nuestra. Son unos 600 cooperativista que tienen la misión exclusiva de arrasar con nuestro trabajo militante”, denunció Mariano Cascallares, precandidato a intendente por el Frente para la Victoria y rival directo de Giustozzi en la lucha por la intendencia.
“Lo que mejor hacemos en el espacio del FpV desde hace dos años es dar la discusión con los vecinos, personalmente, yendo casa a casa. En eso no hay forma de que nos paren”, cerró Cascallares.
Esta brigada armada por el gobierno municipal tiene la función exclusiva de despegar, tapar, romper o dañar de cualquier forma la publicidad de Cascallares. Así, destruyeron una gigantografía del precandidato a intendente en una ro-tonda de Almirante Brown. Lo mismo hacen con los afiches de los postes y las pintadas.
Este cronista vio a los cooperativistas trabajando por la avenida Hipólito Irigoyen. Algunos de ellos tiene puesta la ropa oficial del área de Gestión Urbana de la Municipalidad Tienen la orden expresa de despegar toda publicidad contraria a Giustozzi. “Si no me echan, no hay otra”, contó uno de los empleados del Municipio a este diario.ç
Mientras los cooperativistas se encargan de trabajar para las aventuras electorales de Giustozzi, los vecinos siguen esperando que le arreglen la calle y le sacan la basura. “No se, pienso que desde el Municipio nos están cargando. Los empleados, con ropa municipal y a la vista de todos, sólo se encargan de despegar y pegar carteles de campañas y nosotros seguimos viviendo entre la mugre y la basura”, se queja Luisa de Claypole.
Quienes también luchan contra las pintadas son los militantes del FpV. “El territorio que es de El Indio mejor no tocarlo. Ya tuvimos problemas con él”, le dijo un militante del FpV a este cronista. El Indio es el encargado de un ejército de camionetas que, ferrite en balde, blanquean y pintan en segundos las paredes. Y nadie se anima a tocar lo que ellos hacen: han recibido denuncias porque sus hombres suelen correr a tiros a quienes amenacen sus pintadas. Este equipo también está al servicio del giustozzismo, que vuelve a echar mano en la caja municipal para la campaña.
