La presidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner afirmó hoy que la “Argentina es un país para invertir” porque no sólo tiene el “mayor ciclo de crecimiento de su historia”, sino que lo ha logrado luego de “revertir el modelo económico que se observa en Europa con la creencia de que el ajuste es el camino”, al hablar en el cierre de un foro empresarial en Rusia en el marco de su visita oficial.
En su exposición ante los hombres de negocios rusos y argentinos, Cristina apuntó que “es necesario redefinir el rol del Estado dentro de la economía” y puntualizó que cuando se habla de “mercado” hay que hacerlo pensando en los “consumidores, los productores, y la industria”.
“La Argentina es un país donde vale la pena invertir y producir, no sólo por los recursos naturales, sino también por los recursos humanos que tenemos”, manifestó la mandataria.
Tras destacar los avances en “turismo” y la “recuperación de la línea aérea de bandera que permite la conectividad entre todas las zonas del país, no sólo las más ricas”, destacó también que los argentinos “tenemos el mayor ciclo de crecimiento de nuestra historia”.
“Hemos ido revirtiendo el modelo económico que estamos viendo en Europa con la creencia de que el ajuste trae crecimiento. Eso es mentira, porque si no hay buen salario, no se consume, no se vende y no se produce, sobre todo cuando en el mundo no hay gran consumo”, explicó.
La Presidenta analizó que “si a una restricción externa le sumamos una interna, estamos sepultando la economía, por eso la teoría del ajuste no es una solución, los ajustes generan descontento, malas expectativas e inestabilidad institucional. La Argentina tuvo cinco presidentes en una semana, en el 2001, miren si no hay consecuencias institucionales”.
En otro orden, aseveró que hay “un nuevo ordenamiento económico y geopolítico” mundial que “exige una relación mucho más intensa” entre los países.
Ante el foro que se desarrolló en el hotel Four Seasons de la ciudad de Moscú y que marcó la primera actividad oficial en esta ciudad en el marco de su visita de dos días, Cristina también llamó a las naciones a “concebirse como socios” y no sólo como meros compradores y vendedores.
Por eso, pugnó por “desarrollar una teoría acerca del Estado, no del estatismo de la segunda guerra o postguerra, sino un rol del Estado que no puede dejar de ser soslayado como un actor más que importante en la economía”.
“No es que uno desconozca al mercado, pero cuando uno habla hoy de mercado, habla de cuatro o cinco señores del sector financiero que deciden por la suerte de los países. Por eso, si queremos hacer capitalismo en serio, tenemos que tener en cuenta que el mercado es la oferta y la demanda, los trabajadores, los usuarios y los comerciantes. Es decir, hay que reformular las reglas que permitan evitar estas distorsiones que también suceden en el mundo de las comunicaciones”, agregó.
En forma previa al discurso de Cristina, los ministros de Economía, Axel Kicillof; de Industria Débora Giorgi, de Planificación, Julio De Vido y de Agricultura y Ganadería, Carlos Casamiquella, expusieron ante los empresarios rusos y argentinos sus puntos de vista sobre las relaciones entre ambos países.
En ese sentido, Kicillof indicó: “vengo de Washington y traigo un panorama sombrío porque la crisis global continúa por el descontrol de la regulación financiera internacional que va a afectar a las economías emergentes”.
Al respecto, remarcó la importancia de los acuerdos entre Argentina y Rusia en el marco del multilateralismo “que no es sólo un discurso”, señaló.
En tanto, De Vido remarcó la importancia de la visita de la Presidenta a Rusia y recordó también la visita de Vladimir Putin en julio de 2014 a la Argentina.
“Argentina es un país abierto para invertir y por eso invitamos a los empresarios rusos a que inviertan en infraestructura, energía, minería, tecnología espacial y telecomunicaciones”, indicó De Vido.
En otro orden, aseguró: “quiero destacar que el 14% de la potencia instalada de electricidad en Argentina proviene de 23 turbinas que han sido suministradas por la empresa Power Machines, sus antecesoras y sus subsidiarias, algo que parecen desconocer los ex secretarios de Energía cuando ponen reparos a la incorporación de tecnología rusa en el sector energético que ellos mismos administraron, por cierto en forma desastrosa”.
Cristina estuvo acompañada también por el canciller Héctor Timerman, el ministro de Turismo, Enrique Meyer y por el secretario general de la UOCRA, Gerardo Martínez.
En su discurso, la Presidenta hizo hincapié en que Argentina es una “plataforma interesante para toda la región Latinoamericana”.
