En Almirante Brown se continúan haciendo operativos para garantizar que el Programa Hogar (hogares con garrafa) llegué a todos las personas que están en condiciones de acceder al beneficio. Esta vez fue el turno del barrio 2 de Abril de Rafael Calzada donde operadores de Anses, junto a militantes de organizaciones políticas kirchneristas locales, realizaron un relevamiento casa por casa para inscribir a los vecinos que reúnen las condiciones socioeconómicas para recibir el subsidio destinado a la compra de garrafas.
“El programa Hogar es una política más que implementa el Gobierno Nacional que busca profundizar la inclusión social de los menos favorecidos. Por eso creemos que nuestra función como militantes sociales es recorrer los barrios para que no quede un sólo vecino que no reciba este derecho. Hoy estamos acá en Calzada caminando puerta por puerta y en la semana ya empezamos con operativos en cada barrio del distrito”, aseguró el subsecretario general de la Presidencia y referente local de La Campora, José Lepere.
En la recorrida también estuvo el responsable de la ANSES de Burzaco y referente de la JP, Juan Fabiani, que explicó que “este programa social apunta a garantizar el acceso a las garrafas sociales a las 2,5 millones de menores recursos. Un millón y medio ya comenzó a cobrar el subsidio porque esta inscripto en el padrón automático de la Anses, pero aún queda un millón de hogares que reúnen las condiciones para acceder al programa y es a esos a los que hay que llegar”.
Los beneficiarios de este programa son todos aquellos hogares que no cuentan con acceso a gas de red y que perciban hasta dos salarios mínimos (9.432 pesos) y hasta tres salarios mínimos (14.148 pesos) para los hogares en los que resida un familiar discapacitado o que se ubiquen en viviendas de uso social y comunitario. El usuario va a recibir 77 pesos por cada garrafa, de modo tal que cuando lo vaya a comprar no gaste nunca más de 20 pesos, debido a que el valor de mercado es de 97 pesos.
Esta semana comenzó depositarse el subsidio correspondiente a los beneficiarios que fueron incluidos automáticamente en el padrón, en las cuentas abiertas por la Anses para el pago de beneficios sociales. Para llegar al resto de los beneficiarios se están realizando operativos en cada barrio del país como el del 2 de Abril.
Las personas comprendidas en el plan aún no inscriptas gozarán de la apertura de la cuenta bancaria correspondiente, para que reciban el subsidio, sin costo alguno, en un plazo de 15 días, con lo que se incorporan formalmente al plan Programa.
Los vecinos pueden acercarse a la Anses o al CAJ de Burzaco para recibir asesoramiento a las oficinas locales del Anses ubicadas en Longchamps (Carlos Diehl 1775), Burzaco (Av. Hipólito Yrigoyen 14.926) y Rafael Calzada (Av. San Martin 3149) y al Centro de Acceso a la Justicia de Burzaco (Quintana 556).
