La cámara de Diputados dela provincia de Buenos Aires dio media sanción al proyecto de expropiación de los terrenos del partido bonaerense de Almirante Brown, en los que hace casi un año se asentaron 120 familias.
El 24 de septiembre del años pasado, 120 familias del barrio Almafuerte ocuparon terrenos baldíos de una empresa privada y constituyeron allí el barrio “Pueblo Unido”, en Glew.
Federico, un carpintero de 24 años que junto a su pareja habita en “Pueblo Unido” desde su fundación, dijo a Té-
lam que “con el Movimiento Popular la Dignidad veníamos trabajando hace tiempo en el barrio Almafuerte a través del comedor ‘Clarita’”.
“Esta tierras ni siquiera estaban alambradas y nadie sabía bien si eran de alguien, los vecinos sólo sabíamos que se estaba formando un basural que enfermaba a los chicos y que de noche era un lugar inseguro dónde había robos e intentos de abuso”, explicó.
El dirigente vecinal señaló que “muchos vecinos del barrio Almafuerte con problemas habitacionales nos organizamos y tomamos las tierras para recuperarlas y para tener un lugar para vivir”.
“No sólo distribuimos 120 parcelas iguales entre las familias, también realizamos una obra hídrica para conectarnos todos al agua corriente y conseguimos que Edesur nos coloque la luz; abrimos todas las calles con
las medidas que tienen que tener y pusimos luminarias”, detalló.
Federico contó que “con trabajo en poco tiempo se empieza a ver crecimiento, hoy ya hay muchas casas de material y tenemos canchita de fútbol, plaza y un espacio comunitario“.
“Ahora queremos ir a charlar con los senadores bonaerenses para que esta ley se termine de aprobar, pero más importante que eso, queremos empezar a ver la forma de poder pagar nuestros terrenos“, concluyó Federico.
