La Agrupación de Trabajadores Municipales de Almirante Brown “La Celeste” organizó el sábado una jornada de capacitación para los empleados en la que se abordó las implicancias de la Ley 14.656 de Relaciones Laborales y Negociación Colectiva para los Trabajadores Municipales de la provincia de Buenos Aires.
“Es un día histórico ya que es la primera jornada de capacitación que se realiza en toda la vida sindical de los empleados de Almirante Brown“, aseguro el secretario general de la agrupación y remarcó: “Después de décadas de ser olvidados por los representantes sindicales, los compañeros de La Celeste comenzamos a dar vida y organizar un verdadero espacio de los trabajadores junto a los trabajadores”.
El encuentro contó con la presencia de un centenar de trabajadores de todos los sectores de la municipalidad y estuvo a cargo de Gustavo Seva, secretario general de empleados municipales de San Isidro y secretario de Capacitación, Cultura y Formación Laboral de la Federación de Sindicatos Municipales Bonaerenses, de la cual la agrupación La Celeste es parte.
“Con gran satisfacción observamos que muchos trabajadores jóvenes se hicieron presente evidenciando su compromiso en la construcción de una nueva organización de trabajadores“, señaló Ortega que será uno de los candidatos a secretario general del Sindicato de Empleados Municipales en las elecciones que se realizarán a fin de año.
Con respecto a los comisios, Ortega destacó que “durante mucho tiempo se a desacreditado la institución gremial utilizándola solo a los fines egoístas del progreso de algunos pocos y sus ambiciones de poder. Nosotros somos un espacio que venimos demostrando que la unidad, la lucha, la organización, la independencia del gobierno de turno, la pluralidad y el valor son condiciones necesarias para restituir y conquistar nuestros derechos, vencer al odio, restablecer la alegría, la solidaridad y el compañerismo“.
Ley 14656
La ley 14.656 fue sancionada el año pasado por le Legislatura Bonaerense luego de ser debatida durante varios años sin éxito y establece un nuevo régimen laboral para los empleados municipales de la provincia, incorporando la obligatoriedad de la realización de negociaciones paritarias.
De esa forma los trabajadores municipales podrán, desde el nacimiento de las negociaciones paritarias, discutir y estipular montos salariales, así como negociar la mejora de las condiciones de trabajo del sector, con sus empleadores, algo que era impedido por la anterior legislación.
