Una banda que se dedicaría al robo de vehículos en la vía pública, al desguace y a la venta de sus autopartes en el mercado ilegal fue desarticulada tras dos allanamientos realizados en el partido de Almirante Brown.
Según informaron fuentes policiales, los procedimientos fueron llevados a cabo en dos viviendas, ambas con galpones ubicadas en las localidades de Burzaco y de Rafael Calzada.
En los allanamientos, la Policía secuestró nueve autos con pedido de secuestro y con las numeraciones suprimidas; y también se incautaron alrededor de 200 autopartes y herramientas de corte.
El Diario Popular informa que de acuerdo a los investigadores, la organización también documentaba vehículos de procedencia ilícita para su posterior venta ilegal.
En los operativos se incautaron cincuenta llaves de distintos vehículos y marcas (conocidas como “yugas’) usadas para “levantar los autos”. En total, durante los operativos fueron detenidos cuatro hombres de 21, 29, 36 y 63 años.
“La banda robaba los autos en la calle, los enfriaban en estos lugares para desguazarlos y después vendían sus partes. También adulteraban sus papeles para venderlos un poco más barato que en el mercado formal”, dijo un jefe policial que participó de los allanamientos.
Los procedimientos fueron llevados a cabo por efectivos de la Departamental local y la causa tramita en la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción N° 8 del Departamento Judicial de Lomas de Zamora.
