Las mediciones de voz efectuadas a las empresas mencionadas detectaron problemas de accesibilidad de llamadas en los servicios prestados por las tres compañías (capacidad de realizar una llamada sin esperar más de 10 segundos), con resultados inferiores a los permitidos, que afectan la calidad del servicio. Los resultados preliminares de los controles arrojarían, para el caso de la empresa Personal, un porcentaje de accesibilidad del 49%, en contraste con el 90% que exige la normativa vigente. Respecto al caso de Claro y Movistar, el porcentaje de accesibilidad ofrecido es de un 82% y 85% aproximadamente.
Estas pruebas se efectuaron en el marco de los controles que la CNC se encuentra realizando en todo el territorio nacional con el equipamiento de última generación recientemente adquirido por el organismo. Estas herramientas permiten realizar mediciones en la calidad del servicio de telefonía móvil detectando con precisión las zonas donde las prestaciones son inferiores a las requeridas.

En el sitio, presentado recientemente por la Secretaría de Comunicaciones, también se pueden realizar reclamos en línea ante deficiencias o irregularidades en los servicios de telefonía fija, móvil e internet.
