Pero vamos a esperar que la investigación avance, y si hay algún responsable, le tiene que caer todo el peso de la ley“, afirmó el secretario de Seguridad de la Nación, Eugenio Burzaco, en declaraciones a Radio América.
Por su parte, el ministro de Seguridad bonaerense, Cristian Ritondo, no descartó que el financiamiento de la fuga pueda haber salido del narcotráfico: “Que el dinero del narcotráfico haya pagado instancias que permitieron a algunos distraerse y mirar para otro lado, puede ser, pero no es el único país del mundo (en el que sucede)“.
Para el último abogado de Martín Lanatta, Santiago Cazorla Yalet, “gente interna de la unidad carcelaria fue la que facilitó la fuga” a cambio de una imporante suma de dinero. “Todo hombre tiene su precio, depende de los capitales que se ofrezcan“, afirmó en declaraciones a FM Blue.
Según Miguel Ángel Pierri, abogado de la familia de Damián Ferrón “alguien muy poderoso, o alguien o algunos, financiaron esta operación“. En ese sentido, en diálogo con radio Vorterix, remarcó que “la fuga de estos hombres sin lugar a duda es imposible llevarla a cabo sin un aportante de logística y un alto grado de corrupción de las fuerzas penitenciarias“.
Sin embargo, el fiscal Cristian Citterio, a cargo de la investigación del hecho, solo confirmó que pudieron reconstruir la manera en que se fugaron de la Unidad Penitenciaria y que hubo “ayuda externa”, pero evitó opinar sobre la complicidad interna: “No puedo emitir ningún juicio. Estamos trabajando en la captura de los fugados y, sin descartar ninguna hipótesis, en profundizar los motivos de la fuga. A esta altura de la investigación no puedo aseverar ni una cosa ni la otra”.
El ex jefe de Gabinete, Aníbal Fernández, no descartó que la fuga sea una eventual recompensa por haberlo involucrado en el asesinato de tres jóvenes vinculados al negocio de la efedrina. Además, reiteró que “no tiene nada que ver” con los evadidos y aclaró que no pedirá custodia especial.
Fernández había sido señalado por Martín Lanatta en un programa de Jorge Lanata de ser “La Morsa”, un supuesto instigador de la muerte de Sebastián Forza, Damián Ferrón y Leopoldo Bina. La acusación difundida en medio de la campaña generó un terremoto político que, según el propio ex funcionario kirchnerista, favoreció su derrota como candidato del Frente para la Victoria a gobernador bonaerense.
“Cuando pasó esto, lo poco que le pude contar a la sociedad argentina es que yo no sé quiénes son estas personas, que no tenía nada ver con ellos“, afirmó Aníbal Fernández, al ser consultado por Infobae esta mañana, tras la confirmación de la fuga.
