La presidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner denunció que la “campaña sucia” en el marco de las elecciones “no es” contra el candidato a presidente del oficialismo, Daniel Scioli, sino “contra el Frente para la Victoria”, al encabezar un acto en Casa de Gobierno transmitido en gran parte en cadena nacional, en el que formuló anuncios, realizó inauguraciones vía teleconferencia y entregó beneficios y créditos.
Durante el acto que se inició a las 18.30 y se prolongó por dos horas, la mandataria firmó hoy un nuevo convenio de desendeudamiento con 17 provincias y anunció el envío al Congreso de un proyecto para prohibir “la venta de participaciones del Estado nacional” en las empresas de servicios públicos y energéticas, “sin autorización” de las dos terceras partes del parlamento, entre otros temas.
Cristina agregó que la iniciativa que enviará al Congreso también creará la “Agencia Nacional de Participaciones Estatales” que será conformada por cinco miembros, tres por el Poder Ejecutivo Nacional y dos por el Poder Legislativo.
“Queremos conformar una agencia en la cual podamos saber cómo se administran”, apuntó y subrayó: “Para decidir la venta de estos importantes activos que significan una garantía no bastará con la lapicera, Deberá ser aprobado por las dos terceras partes del Parlamento“, lo que catalogó como “un reaseguro”.
Campaña sucia
Tras rubricar un nuevo convenio de desendeudamiento con varias provincias por alrededor de 1.800 millones de pesos, la Presidenta detalló que durante los últimos 12 años el gobierno nacional invirtió más 596.000 millones de pesos en obra pública y cuestionó los artículos periodísticos en torno a cuáles fueron las empresas adjudicatarias de las obras.
Una “campaña que tiene mucho tiempo y que quiere mostrar que acá hay sólo dos contratistas beneficiados“, dijo, para nombrar a las principales compañías que llevan adelante obras y sentenciar: “si hemos hecho capitalismo, lo hemos hecho para los enemigos“, desmintiendo las acusaciones de hacer “capitalismo de amigos” vertidas desde la oposición.
A la vez, Cristina resaltó que en “la Argentina cayó el desempleo, pero en el mundo no ocurrió lo mismo” y ponderó “el 6,6% de desocupación” registrado en la última medición del Indec, para destacar que “nunca hubo un índice tan bajo desde 1991”, lo que calificó de “congruente con el surgimiento de nuevas empresas y nuevos empresarios” y contrastó con los altos porcentajes del desempleo de países en Europa.
Por otra parte, la mandataria afirmó que la “campaña sucia” en redes sociales denunciada en el marco de la campaña electoral “no es” contra el candidato a presidente del oficialismo, Daniel Scioli, sino “contra el Frente para la Victoria,contra un proyecto que incluyó a millones de argentinos
“Están intentando frustrar los procesos de inclusión social que han alcanzado los países de América del Sur, de los gobiernos nacionales, populares y democráticos que algunos llaman populistas”, subrayó.

La Presidenta se refirió a las inundaciones recientes en la provincia de Buenos Aires y sostuvo que siempre estuvo en contacto con el problema porque trabaja “todos los días como Presidenta, hable o no hable” y brindó un un informe sobre las las obras hídricas realizadas desde 2003 en la provincia de Buenos Aires.
En ese marco, criticó la “obscenidad de disfrazarse los días de lluvia e ir al barrio para juntarse con los pobres“, y señaló: “Todos somos humanos, pero no hay que sacar crédito electoral de estas cosas“, en alusión a la candidata a gobernadora bonaerense de Cambiemos, María Eugenia Vidal.
La Presidenta estuvo acompañada por gran parte del gabinete nacional y gobernadores, y luego del acto en el Salón de las Mujeres del Bicentenario, les habló a los militantes que colmaron las patios, como viene sucediendo en cada acto presidencial.
