Agosto es un mes de gran impacto económico para muchos sectores comerciales ya que se conmemora el Día del Niño, fecha que genera un importante movimiento económico en numerosos rubros comerciales. Este año se mantienen amplias expectativas en torno a este acontecimiento y algunos estiman que las compras superarían los porcentajes del año pasado.
Para esta fecha, que todos los años se celebra el segundo domingo de agosto pero que este año se modificó por las Primarias Abiertas, Simultáneas y Obligatorias (Paso), la Asociación Argentina de Empresas de Juguetes y Afines espera concretar ventas que oscilarán entre los 200 y 500 pesos por regalo, en un mercado con mayor presencia de artículos fabricados en el país.
Las mismas expectativas tiene las cámaras de comercio de Almirante Brown y de Lomas de Zamora. “Esperamos vender mucho. Es más acotado que los demás días festivos pero las expectativas son las mejores. Es más específico, se mueve más el sector de juguetería, ropa y electrónica. Es un día central para esos rubros, precisó al tiempo que bregó por superar las ventas del año pasado y hasta señaló que con el Ahora 12, todo se puede”, sostuvo el presidente de la Cámara de Comercio de Almirante Brown, Horacio Salgueiro.
Por su parte, Alberto Kahale, titular de la Cámara de Comercio de Lomas de Zamora, precisó que “los comerciantes están preparados con el stock correspondiente. Se trabaja mucho en las jugueterías y locales de electrónica, apuntó, dando cuenta del auge de compras en el rubro. Aclaró, en ese marco, que el Día del Niño se vende mucho pero la gente compra sobre la fecha y no antes, como puede pasar con Navidad”.
Los juguetes más pedidos
Cada año hay juguetes que son tendencia y que llaman la atención de los más pequeños de la casa. Los Minions, sin duda, son la sensación esta temporada.

“Es notoria también la venta de los juguetes didácticos, que son recomendados por los psicopedagogos para niños de hasta cuatro años, para que puedan distinguir formas, colores y cantidades”, explicaron desde la Cámara Argentina del Juguete a la Agencia de Noticias Telam.
Las autoridades de La Cámara también detallaron que el 50 por ciento de los juguetes en el mercado son de origen nacional y el 50 por ciento restante importados, y que la industria del juguete argentino factura anualmente 128 millones de dólares, y que la importación es cercana a los 109 millones de dólares por año.
