Rubén Darío Giustozzi entró en la fase “desesperación” a cuatro días de las elecciones primarias que lo pondrán frente a frente con Mariano Cascallares, el hombre que mejor mide en las encuestas. Por eso, y desde que inició su operativo retorno al municipio del cual renunció, el ex massista no para de firmar cheques para nutrir su campaña: el avión con su publicidad, autos que giran por las estaciones de trenes del distrito con una repetida consigna, 600 cooperativistas contratados para pegar sus carteles y romper los ajenos y la consecuencia obvia de tal manejo: el agujero financiero que el diputado del Frente Renovador deja en Brown y que se calcula en unos 200 millones de pesos.
El tendal que deja el ex intendente tiene una sola explicación: los gastos en publicidad. En su loca carrera por ser gobernador de la Provincia, Giustozzi puso al Municipio a pagar los avisos que realizó en el canal TyC Sports durante el Mundial de Brasil 2014, los que actualmente realiza en radio Continental los sábados a la mañana, los otros que destina a la TV por cable, entre un mar de publicidades gráficas yPNT en la televisión.
“La plata de los vecinos de Almirante Brown se va por la cloaca de los programas berreta de la televisión“, había denunciado oportunamente José Lepere, actual precandidato a concejal por el Frente para la Victoria, cuando supo de los desvíos de fondos de Giustozzi.
Es que el ex hombre de Massa reasignó algunas partidas, subejecutó otras, desvió fondos destinados a reparar escuelas para pagar avisos que, según denuncian, siguen sin ser cobrados. Así lo expresó hace unos días el presidente del club San Martín de Burzaco, en diálogo con www.brownonline.com.ar “Giustozzi nos debe 100 mil pesos de la publicidad estática del estadio.Jamás nos pagó“, dijo.
Esa bancarrota financiera a la que Giustozzi está conduciendo al Municipio no tiene otra explicación que la ambición del hombre oriundo de Saladillo. “Aprobamos el presupuesto de Brown y a los 20 días debimos aprobar más partidas porque ingresaron al Municipio 18 millones de pesos más de los presupuestado“, explicó Cascallares, jefe del bloque de concejales del FpV en el distrito.
Cascallares, actual precandidato a intendente de la lista 2 del Frente para la Victoria, salió a denunciar el desvío de fondos que el giustozzismo hizo de los 31 millones de pesos que envió el gobierno nacional para reparar las escuelas de Almirante Brown. “El Municipio sólo usó 1 millón“, dijo Cascallares de acuerdo al informe que el Ejecutivo comunal entrega a los concejales.
