El programa Ahora 12, lanzado por el gobierno nacional y que permite realizar compras de hasta doce cuotas en comercios adheridos, se instaló fuertemente en los distritos del Sur del conurbano bonaerense, que se sumaron al éxito de la medida a nivel país. “Lo implementamos desde un principio y aumentaron las ventas. La gente se acerca a preguntar si trabajamos con ese sistema”, comenta Fabián Saín, encargado de un local de indumentaria deportiva en el centro comercial de Quilmes. Y este tipo de comentarios, que se extienden por varios locales de la zona, son avalados por las cifras iniciales que arrojan las transacciones de este nuevo método de compra: en la última semana se registraron 291.805 operaciones por 518 millones de pesos en toda la red, según estadísticas suministradas por el Ministerio de Industria que conduce Débora Giorgi. Ahora acaba de entrar en vigencia la segunda etapa del Plan, que contempla la adhesión de nuevos productos a la cartilla, y que también se podrán adquirir en doce pagos con las tarjetas de crédito incluidas en el Programa. Los comercios podrán obtener un plan de financiamiento, donde tendrán la chance de optar por un plan de pagos de 60 días corridos con una tasa de hasta el 8%, o de 48 horas del 10% con cartones bancarios. Porque lo que viene de afuera no siempre se puede abonar en varios pagos”, expresa Miguel Ángel Bertolotti, quien tiene un negocio de ropa en Berazategui. En sintonía, desde sectores textiles y la Cámara Industrial de las Manufacturas del Cuero y Afines (CIMA) no dudaron en respaldar la iniciativa. “Se ha impulsado la cadena del cuero desde el último eslabón generando demanda. Ha funcionado muy bien, y las ventas se incrementaron notablemente en el sector. Celebramos la extensión y des tacamos que ha beneficiado a los fabricantes nacionales”, subrayó Daniel Donikián, titular de CIMA. El programa comenzó a funcionar en septiembre de 2014 y, a nivel nacional, las transacciones con tarjeta superaron las expectativas. En indumentaria, por ejemplo, sólo en la semana 23 se hicieron más de 2 millones y medio de operaciones. Sumando todos los rubros, el Plan llegó a los más de 9 millones de pesos. Para continuar con las cifras, el Programa seguirá funcionando de jueves a domingos en los comercios adheridos.
