Tras la investigación realizada por la carátula de robo en varias oportunidades en inmediaciones de Don Orione es que se reunieron elementos probatorios los cuales convalidados por la Fiscalía con injerencia y el Juzgado de Garantías nº 5, ambos descentralizados de Florencio Varela, se dispuso que el pasado martes se realice un allanamiento y secuestro en lugares señalados como asentamiento de la banda.
La policía de Varela junto con el trabajo de seccional 8ª de Almirante Brown, y el apoyo del Grupo GAD, Grupo Halcónde la Policía de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Personal de la SUB Departamente de Investigaciones (SubDDI) de Florencio Varela y con la colaboración de móviles de la Guardia Comunal de Almirante Brown, es que se procedió al secuestro de un revólver, un pantalón de jeans y dos gorras, pero aquí no logró dar con el investigado.
En el siguiente objetivo se procedió al secuestro de dos gorras con visera; y en el úl-timo objetivo se procedió al secuestro de una ametralla-dora con 14 proyectiles en su cargador, una escopeta casera tipo tumbera, un nextel, una gorra con visera, un pantalón de jeans, municiones varias, un teléfono celular Nokia mo-delo Lumia y dos televisores de 40. Asimismo se procedió a la aprehensión del líder la banda investigada, llamado Diego Gabriel Rodríguez Martínez y María Paula Carmejo.
Tras la comunicación con la fiscalía de injerencia, se avaló la aprehensión del identificado y respecto a la identificada se solicitó se proceda a la notificación de la presente causa y que previo cumplimentar los recaudos legales en vigencia.
Por su parte, se continúa con las tareas de investigación a fines de dar con el resto del grupo delictivo.
