Los empleados municipales de Almirante Brown volvieron a realizar una asamblea en el patio del edificio central de la Municipalidad en reclamo de una recomposición salarial y en rechazo a la propuesta del intendente massista Daniel Bolettieri.
La comisión directiva del Sindicatos de Empleados Municipales mantuvo durante esta semana una reunión con el intendente quien ofreció primero un 30 por ciento de aumento y después un 32, en tres cuotas, pero los empleados no aceptaron y exigen un 40 por ciento.
Con el objetivo de analizar la oferta salarial y las medidas a seguir, delegados sindicales convocaron a diferentes asambleas durante esta semana. En la última se hizo presente el secretario general del sindicato, Jose Perez, quien se vio rodeado por los trabajadores que mostraban su fuerte malestar, ante la propuesta de Perez de un aumento del 32% y en 2 cuotas, a lo que fue cediendo, proponiendo una nueva fecha de negociación para la semana próxima.

“A diferencia de otros gremios acá no funcionan las negociaciones paritarias. Sabemos que en años anteriores el aumento se dio por decreto cerrando los canales de negociación, y esa medida fue aceptada en silencio por el sindicato. Las negociaciones son entre la comisión directiva y el ejecutivo, que sabemos que en Brown responde a los mismos intereses, no olvidemos que el actual intendente fue secretario del sindicato”, aseguraron los empleados.
Durante la asamblea, los trabajadores se animaron a expresar las presiones y temores que sienten muchos empleados por parte de una gestión municipal massista que cercena la libertad de participación política y sindical en espacios opositores al giustozzismo. “Los compañeros están amenazados implícita o explicitamente. Después de la primera asamblea el secretario de Hacienda, Daniel Marí, llamo en privado a una empleada y le digo en tono amenazante ‘vos andas ahí hablado mal del municipio´, el subsecretario de Infraestructura Luis Caruso le saco las horas extras a los compañeros que participaron en la asamblea. Estas son algunas de las presiones y acosos laborales que si viven a diario por parte de la gestión giustozzista”, contaron los empleados.
Uno de los relatos que cruzo con mayor fuerza fue el sentimiento de desilusión, tras lo que interpretan como una traición por parte de un intendente surgido de lo que llaman “la familia municipal” y al ascender a su cargo actual, olvido por completo a los trabajadores.
Por su parte, el delegado de la agrupación La Celeste, Walter Ortega, afirmo que “entre otras cosas, venimos reclamando una paritaria que contemple la recomposición de las categoría y los concursos, que durante estos últimos 8 años fueron absolutamente negados. Hoy demostramos que hay una profunda bronca y decepción por los compromisos y promesas no cumplidos. No queremos que nos utilicen con sus nuevas promesas, para la actual campaña electoral”.
La próxima semana los empleados municipales se vuelven a reunir a la espera de una mejor propuesta salarial del ejecutivo y anunciaron que de no concretarse irían al paro de actividades.
