Serán 52 los establecimientos que serán beneficiados con estos fondos que están destinados a atender y resolver dificultades menores de infraestructura, servicios básicos y equipamiento mobilliario.
El Ministro de Educación de la Nación Alberto Sileoni estuvo presente en Almirante Brown para entregar a 52 escuelas fondos por 80 mil pesos para reparaciones menores y equipamiento, junto al prosecretario del Senado de la Nación y referente del Frente para la Victoria local José Lepere.
Durante la entrega, que se realizó en el salón la Escuela Primaria N°3 Bernardino Rivadavia, Sileoni señaló: “Es un honor para nosotros cerrar el año en una escuela tan emblemática, tan querida para el distrito como esta. Nuestra Presidenta siempre dice que los derechos no se agradecen: sería un error pensar que por aquí pasó un Estado benefactor. Aquí no se trata de caridad ni de beneficencia, se trata de la justicia del Estado”.
“Formamos parte de un Estado que tiene convicciones firmes, aunque a veces se equivoque. Siempre decimos que cada persona tiene que vivir su propia vida, pero el Estado tiene la obligación moral de estar junto a las personas para mejorar esas vidas”, añadió el funcionario que estuvo acompañado por el secretario de Educación de la Nación, Jaime Perczyk.
“Ustedes no van a cambiar esa realidad con los 80 mil pesos que les otorga este fondo, pero sí van a poder resolver algunas necesidades de la institución que tienen a cargo, y lo que es más importante, no se van a sentir solos en su tarea. Cuando un directivo o un docente se siente librado a su suerte, ahí hay algo que estamos haciendo mal”, concluyó el Ministro.
Por su parte, Lepere afirmó: “Hace unos días, la Presidenta anunció la puesta en marcha de este programa; es muy importante para nosotros que Almirante Brown sea uno de los primeros municipios en recibir estos fondos”.
“Recuerdo escuchar que el Ministro expresaba que hay que combatir la falsa idea de una perpetua crisis de la educación pública. Y el Gobierno de Néstor y Cristina la han combatido, no con promesas y declamaciones, sino con hechos y propuestas concretas que han mejorado la calidad educativa de los argentinos”, aseguró el funcionario nacional.
Durante el acto, Lepere hizo referencia a una situación que preocupa a la comunidad educativa local como es la falta de respuesta por parte de la Intendencia local, a cargo del Frente Renovador, de la utilización del Fondo de Financiamiento Educativo que el Gobierno Nacional envía, desde el enero del 2013 hasta la actualidad, para refacción de escuelas y jardines de infantes.
En este sentido, el funcionario explicó que “en 2013, nuestro distrito recibió 24 millones de pesos, este año recibió 28 millones; pero nuestra comunidad no sabe en qué se invierten esos recursos. Para ejercer nuestro derecho de controlar en qué se gasta, tenemos que trabajar, comprometernos e informarnos; por eso quiero agradecer la presencia de todos ustedes en este acto”.
El referente del Frente para la Victoria local también se refirió al proyecto de creación de la Universidad Nacional de Almirante Brown, que tiene media sanción en la Cámara de Diputados. “Los vecinos merecen tener su universidad. Almirante Brown es uno de los distritos más grandes del país, es el único con más de 400 mil habitantes que no tiene universidad. Tenemos mucha fe de que este sueño se haga realidad”, aseguró Lepere.
