Almirante Brown
Este fue el distrito del arrepentido Rubén Darío Giustozzi, actual diputado renunciante del massismo, asumió su cargo con los votos del FpV y se fue al Frente Renovador, pero cuando el partido de Sergio Massa se desmoronó intentó la vuelta con aspiraciones de reelección en un distrito devastado por la falta de obras y el uso indebido de dinero púbico en su frustrada campaña para arrimar a la gobernación provincial.
En la vereda opuesta, Mariano Cascallares encabeza la lista de unidad del kirchnerismo. Estará acompañado por José Lepere (Subsecretario General de la Presidencia y referente del FpV en Almirante Brown) como primer concejal, la dirigente de Kolina María Rosa Martínez (Kolina) y Germán Bonemezon (JP), entre los principales lugares. De acá en más, con los nombres puestos, se abre una nueva instancia de negociación y de militancia. Pero también de voluntad popular.
Otro de los candidatos a intendente es Carlos Regazzoni por Cambiemos, Arturo Rodríguez Anido por Socialismo “Progresista” y Mauricio Silva por el Frente Renovador.
Avellaneda
Jorge Ferraresi, el jefe comunal actual, va por su segundo mandato y nunca hubo durante la campaña algún competidor interno dentro
del Frente para la Victoria que se animara a desbarrancarlo.
Goza de alta imagen positiva, incluso reconocida por los dirigentes opositores, quienes muchos de ellos, fuera de micrófono, revelaron encuestas que lo ubican a Ferraresi con más del 70 por ciento
de aceptación. La nómina de concejales del ex decano de la Universidad Técnica Nacional de Avellaneda está compuesta
por, entre otros, Santiago Pirolo, Hugo Barrueco, Pablo Vera, Silvia Cantero, Matías Murabito y Maia Lata. No habrá sorpresas aquí.

El panorama en este distrito es incierto y por primera vez después de mucho tiempo, el linaje de Julio Pereyra, intendente desde hace 23 años, se ve amenazado por una decisión de la presidenta de último momento: haber puesto a Martín Sabbatella como candidato a vicegobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires (acompañando
a Aníbal Fernández). Esta medida le da un poder adicional a Nuevo Encuentro, que va con Héctor Salatino como candidato propio en las internas del Frente para la Victoria.

Uno de los Municipios que menos previsibilidad arrojó durante las últimas semanas, porque ninguno de los dos candidatos kirchneristas cedía ante las presiones ni se daba el famoso “baño de humildad”
que sí hicieron algunos. Por un lado, el intendente actual, Darío
Díaz Pérez, que desbarrancó al histórico Quindimil, pero tuvo una gestión alejada de la profundización de las políticas públicas con la que muchos vecinos se habían ilusionado. Del otro, Julián Álvarez, secretario de Justicia de la Nación, con el decidido respaldo de Cristina Kirchner y de otros funcionarios para lanzarse a la intendencia del distrito que lo vio nacer.
Lo cierto es que los misiles lanzados en los días previos ya no existirán porque acordaron una listas de unidad en la que todos estuvieron contentos: Álvarez será precandidato a intendente mientras que Díaz Pérez encabezará las listas de senadores provinciales.
Lomas de Zamora
En el Frente para la Victoria los dos precandidatos a intendente son Martín Insaurralde que irá por la reelección y el sciolista Juan Viñales. Juan Navarro, del Movimiento Evita, Pablo Paladino y Laura Berardo, ambos de Proyecto Nacional, declinaron sus precandidaturas.
