Un empresario de Martín Coronado, que se hallaba secuestrado por una banda que había exigido dos millones de dólares como rescate, fue liberado en la localidad de San José, tras el pago de una suma de dinero.
Se trata de un empresario llamado Daniel Rebagliati, de 53 años, dueño de la empresa Cintra, de Martín Coronado, partido de Tres de Febrero, y dedicada a servicios de seguridad ambiental, quien fue liberado cerca de las tres de esta madrugada en proximidades de una remisería, desde donde se comunicó con su familia.
“Está con su familia, sus hijos, descansando. Está disfrutando de sus hijos”, contó a la agencia de noticias Telam, Rafael De Francisco, apoderado y abogado de la empresa Cintra.
En tanto, Teresa, la empleada de la remisería “Chubut”, ubicada en la calle 30 de setiembre y Salta, en la localidad de San José en Almirante Brown, explicó que el empresario secuestrado le dijo que “volvió a nacer, que iba a festejar otro cumpleaños” y que “lo único que quería era reencontrarse con su familia”.
Según los investigadores, todo comenzó el martes de la semana pasada, cuando el hombre acababa de salir de la empresa perteneciente a su familia para regresar a su casa, a bordo de una camioneta Ford Ranger color blanca, la cual estaba totalmente ploteada con datos de la firma Cintra.
Aparentemente le cruzaron un auto y se lo llevaron cautivo en su camioneta, la cual apareció horas más tarde abandonada en el partido de La Matanza.
En su casa del barrio porteño de Villa Devoto lo esperaban sus familiares que, con el paso de las horas comenzaron a preocuparse por la demora.
Sin embargo, uno de los captores realizó una primera comunicación extorsiva, en la cual dijo que tenían secuestrado a Rebagliati y les exigió dos millones de dólares como rescate para liberarlo.
Desde entonces comenzó una negociación por parte de uno de los hermanos del empresario con los secuestradores, que se extendió durante ocho días y que concluyó cuando aparentemente llegaron a un acuerdo, en el día de ayer, para concretar el pago de una suma mucho menor a la pretendida por los captores y en pesos, dijeron las fuentes.
“Fue una negociación muy difícil, porque los secuestradores eran muy profesionales y no aceptaban disminuir el monto del rescate”, dijo un investigador.
Según la pesquisa, el hermano de Rebagliati tuvo que arrojar el dinero desde arriba de un tren, aparentemente en la zona de Caseros.
Previo a eso, el hermano tuvo que hacer un sistema de postas, en el cual lo obligaron a circular a bordo de una camioneta por distintos lugares de la zona norte del conurbano hasta llegar a Retiro y allí lo hicieron subir a un tren hasta que finalmente le dijeron que arrojara el dinero por una ventana, en una zona específica de la localidad de Caseros.
Horas después el empresario fue liberado en Almirante Brown.
Según contó luego en la remisería, lo habían dejado a tres cuadras del local y le dijeron que caminara. Teresa, la empleada de la remisería, contó que el hombre llegó cerca de las tres de la madrugada, descalzo, apenas vestido con una remera blanca y un jean y con un poco de barba.
“Me dijo que había estado secuestrado, me preguntó la hora, el día. Dijo que había estado secuestrado como diez días, que no se acordaba bien. Que lo mantuvieron con una capucha, en un lugar oscuro”, contó la empleada.
Fuentes de la investigación dijeron que durante el cautiverio hubo al menos tres pruebas de vida, en las cuales el empresario secuestrado habló con su hermano.
El hecho es investigado por el fiscal federal de Tres de Febrero, Paul Starc, y por personal de la Dirección Departamental de Investigaciones (DDI) de San Martín.
