Cuatro adolescentes de 15 y 16 años amenazaron a un hombre con armas de fuego y le robaron el auto en el partido de Avellaneda pero, tras una persecución y tiroteo durante dos kilómetros, fueron detenidos, uno de ellos herido de un balazo en el cuello, informaron las fuentes policiales que investigan el hecho ocurrido en ese distrito del sur del Conurbano Bonaerense. El hecho ocurrió el lunes en Patagones al 600, cuando los cuatro ladrones sorprendieron a un hombre en momomentos en que éste iba a subirse a su auto Peugeot 208. Amenazaron con armas de fuego al hombre y le robaron el vehículo. La víctima, un contador de 44 años, denunció el robo al 911 y minutos después efectivos de un móvil del Comando de Prevención Comunitaria (CPC) de Avellaneda observaron el paso del auto robado e intentaron detenerlo, pero los delincuentes huyeron a toda velocidad. Ahí se inició una persecución, de la que también participó un patrullero con efectivos de la seccional local de la Policía Bonaerense hasta que, tras dos kilómetros de fuga, en la esquina de Bahía Blanca y Tres de Febrero, de Wilde, los delincuentes chocaron el auto robado contra un poste de luz. Los cuatro adolescentes se bajaron del Peugeot y dispararon sus armas de fuego contra los policías, por lo que se produjo un tiroteo durante el cual uno de los ladrones resultó herido por una bala en el cuello, una herida superficial que no le causó ninguna gravedad, en tanto que los otros tres cómplices también fueron detenidos. Las fuentes de la policía que siguen el caso señalaron que se secuestró el auto robado, en poder de los delincuentes y además se incautaron dos armas de fuego que habrían sido las utilizadas por los adolescentes en la persecución.
