En septiembre del año pasado, Rene Ruiz estacionaba su auto frente a la terminal de la línea de la empresa de colectivos 514 y 160, donde se desempeña como chofer, cuando fue sorprendido por un sujeto que le propinó al menos dos puñaladas y le efectuó un disparo, que le terminó quitando la vida.
A seis meses del suceso hasta el momento no hay ningún detenido ni tampoco existen rastros del responsable de la muerte y su familia pide justicia por el crimen.
“Estamos como el primer día, no se sabe nada. Supuestamente, alguien declaró que vio escapar a una persona, pero no hubo más que eso”, relató la esposa del conductor, Patricia Quintero.
La causa está en manos de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción (UFI) 15 de Lomas de Zamora, a cargo del fiscal Gastón Fernández. Desde allí, citaron a declarar a varios compañeros de trabajo de la víctima, pero no se desprendieron datos de mayor importancia.
“Algunos fueron y otros no. Muchos tienen miedo de lo que les pueda pasar, siguen estacionando sus autos en la calle y dicen que el barrio es muy inseguro”, agregó la mujer.
La situación para los familiares se tornó aún más complicada, ya que “no hay testigos” que hayan presenciado el violento ataque que sufrió René en la madrugada del 4 de septiembre cuando estacionaba su auto para iniciar su turno laboral. El único registro es el de las cámaras de seguridad de la empresa, pero por la distancia que hay entre su ubicación y el lugar de los hechos la imagen es muy poco clara.
Ahora, esperan los resultados de una prueba que se iba a realizar sobre el morral que llevaba el colectivero, “donde se encontraron pelos”, que tal vez podrían ser del atacante.
El asesinato de Rene generó que sus compañeros suspendieron el servicio y se movilizaron al Centro de Monitoreo Municipal para exigir mayor seguridad y justicia, cortando el tránsito en el centro de Adrogué.
