Entre el 26 al 31 de Mayo se realizara el Campeonato Mundial de Taekwondo ITF en la ciudad de Jesolo, Italia, donde representantes de todos los continentes se harán presentes para buscar el logro máximo que todo deportista busca en su carrera, una medalla mundialista.
Almirante Brown contará con un representante, Javier Wiesener, cinturón negro 2º Dan, quien comenzó su carrera con tan solo siete años pidiéndole a su padre hacer karate. Al no conocer la diferencia entre artes marciales el padre lo llevo a Taekwon-Do y quedo encantado con la actividad.
En el 2010 tuvo su primera experiencia internacional participando del Campeonato Panamericano realizado en la ciudad de La Plata, Argentina, logrando consagrarse 3er puesto en combate. En el año 2011 viajo a Santiago de Chile para participar del Campeonato Centro Sudamericano obteniendo el 3er puesto en Formas y consagrándose Campeón en Combate.
En el 2013 viajo a Mar del Plata, Argentina, a participar del 4º Campeonato Centro Sudamericano logrando traer la medalla de plata en formas. Y el año pasado participo del 12º Campeonato Panamericano en Asunción del Paraguay consagrándose 2º en Combate. Hoy esta entrenando con mucho esfuerzo para representar de la mejor manera a nuestra localidad y a nuestro país.
