El Administrador General del Instituto de la Vivienda de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Pablo Sarlo, recorrió en Burzaco la Obra de “52 Viviendas” que ejecuta la Cooperativa Alfil Ltda. en Almirante Brown, en el marco de las políticas de vivienda impulsadas por el Gobernador Daniel Scioli.
Además de constatar el estado de obra, Sarlo, acompañado del Presidente del Instituto de Previsión Social y concejal del FPV, Mariano Cascallares, firmó el acta de reinicio que le otorga el marco necesario a las tareas que la entidad viene desarrollando desde hace unos días, a partir de que se efectivizó dicha actualización de montos.
El calendario de obra prevé una entrega parcial de 28 viviendas para mediados de este año. Se trata de unidades de 55 mts2 que cuentan con dos dormitorios, baño y cocina-comedor, además de una superficie descubierta óptima que permite futuras ampliaciones.
Cabe destacar que la obra se desarrolla en el marco del Programa Bonaerense II – Solidaridad con Entidades, y forma parte de un total de 245 viviendas, de las cuales mas de la mitad ya han sido entregadas, conformando el Barrio Las Brisas en la localidad de Burzaco.
Estas acciones que lleva adelante esta Cartera de Vivienda, Organismo dependiente de la Subsecretaría Social de Tierras, Urbanismo y Vivienda del Ministerio de Infraestructura, a cargo de Alejandro Arlia, busca que cada vez más familias bonaerenses puedan cumplir el sueño del acceso a la vivienda propia.
