Los vecinos de Almirante Brown se manifestaron en contra de que el Gobierno Municipal de Almirante Brown, que responde al diputado massista Darío Giustozzi, haya desviado el Fondo de Financiamiento Educativo que el gobierno nacional envía cada mes para arreglar las escuelas del distrito y que la dirigencia que ahora encabeza el intendente Daniel Bolettieri ha usado sin explicar en qué.
Según la encuesta realizada por el portal de noticias Brown Online, el 90 por ciento de los votantes se opone a ese uso discrecional de los recursos que de acuerdo a la ley 26.075 de Financiamiento Educativo deben ser utilizados por los jefes comunales para mejorar las escuelas y las condiciones educativas.
El municipio de Almirante Brown, usó 12 de los 24 millones de pesos que recibió en 2013 en la construcción de un teatro en centro de Adrogué y no explicó qué uso le dio al dinero restante, unos 2,2 millones de pesos por mes que recibe del Estado nacional.
A fines de evitar esta situación, y en la misma línea que la ley vigente, el Tribunal de Cuentas de la provincia de Buenos Aires determinó que esos fondos debe ser utilizado por los municipios con fines estrictamente educativos impidiendo a los intendentes contar con libre disponibilidad de recursos.
La comunidad de Almirante Brown concuerda con eso y ahora Bolettieri y Giustozzi deberán dejar de usar el dinero de las escuelas del distrito.
