El comisario Héctor Alejandro Amarilla está prófugo. Está acusado del delito de homicidio doblemente agravado por alevosía
de un adolescente al que agarró de la ropa, le apoyó su arma reglamentaria en la carótida y disparó.
El Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos de la Nación lo incluyó en la lista de personas buscadas por la Justicia y ofrece una recompensa de 200 mil pesos a quien pueda aportar datos útiles, que sirvan para encontrarlo.La información suministrada tendrá –como lo establece la Ley N° 26.538, que creó un Fondo Permanente de Recompensas- “carácter de secreto y los datos que aporten se mantendrán en la más absoluta reserva”.
Según la causa “Amarilla, Héctor Alejandro s/ homicidio calificado por la condición de funcionario policial del sujeto activo”, que tramita en la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción y Juicio Nº 8, de Lomas de Zamora, Amarilla mató a Nicolás Vázquez, de 18 años, el 25 de septiembre del 2013. Ese día, Nicolás había salido la mediodía
a pasear con unos amigos por el centro de Lanús, en el conurbano bonaerense.
Poco antes de las tres de la tarde, entró a un local de ropa deportiva para mirar unas zapatillas, sobre la peatonal 9 de Julio. Entró, miró las zapatillas y se fue para el probador con tres remeras.
Salió, dejó dos sobre el mostrador y encaró hacia la puerta pero al cruzarla sonó la alarma y empezó a correr. Detrás de él fue Amarilla, quien sumaba horas al sueldo en ese local.
El uniformado lo corrió dos cuadras por Oncativo. Al llegar
a la esquina con Margarita Weld, la cámara de seguridad de una inmobiliaria muestra que Vazquez corre sin armas. Y atrás va Amarilla. Dispara una vez y a los pocos metros, Nicolás,
que sigue a la carrera, tira la ropa que se había llevado del local, frena, se da vuelta y queda frente a Amarilla. Se abre la campera y levanta las manos. “El de campera negra, (Amarilla), se acerca al de campera blanca (Vázquez), es como que lo toma y ahí le pega el tiro, ahí escuché el disparo. Después del disparo, el de campera negra lo sostiene y le saca algo, y se va, y el de campera blanca, cae”, dijo un testigo en la causa. La pericia balística determinó que había gránulos de pólvora en la piel del cuello de Vázquez: le apoyaron la pistola y dispararon.
Los familiares del joven continúan reclamando justicia y que aparezca el comisario prófugo. Hasta el momento no son muchas las novedades, aunque nadie está dispuesto a cesar en el reclamo y piensan realizar manifestaciones en los próximos días para que adquiera carácter público.
