Los consumidores argentinos quieren calidad de imagen e interactividad cuando buscan un nuevo televisor para el hogar, aseguraron desde empresas productoras de equipos en Tierra del Fuego que lanzaron en los últimos dos meses modelos con el sistema operativo Android, el mismo que utilizan el 75% de los smartphones que se venden en el país.
“Los consumidores quieren calidad de imagen que en términos técnicos es resolución y la interactividad porque les permite el manejo del contenido“, sostuvo el responsable de marketing de Philips, Ariel Bruzzone, en diálogo con Télam.
La marca lanzó los nuevos modelos de resolución 4k con Android TV, que estarán en las góndolas del territorio en un mes, en tres tamaños.
No obstante, Bruzzese reconoció que el modelo que más unidades venderá en los próximos seis meses es el menor de ellos, el de 40 pulgadas.
El sistema operativo Android TV también lo utiliza el modelo 4K de Sony, que se produce en Tierra del Fuego, y que puede adquirirse por ahora sólo en las tiendas de la marca, con valores que van desde los 32.999 pesos para el modelo de 49 pulgadas hasta los 199.999 pesos para el de 75 pulgadas.
La incorporación de este sistema operativo apunta a la “integración” de los dispositivos que se utilizan en el hogar.
“Android está en el 75% de los smartphones en la Argentina, y el consumidor mira la tele con el teléfono en la mano“; consideró Bruzzese para agregar que “antes los equipos interactuaban; hoy están en la misma plataforma”.
Los equipos 4K son la gama más alta de los modelos de televisores en el país y en el mundo, y sus precios al consumidor final parte de un rango de entre 15 y 20 mil pesos en el modelo más pequeño.
En cuanto a la introducción del Android TV, los primeros en disfrutarlo son los desarrolladores de aplicaciones, ya que con sólo algunas modificaciones se pueden adaptar las que se descargan en dispositivos móviles al televisor.
Por ello, en el sector esperan que esta innovación resulte más exitosa que la pantalla curva o la tecnología 3D que no logró imponerse masivamente.
Los técnicos aclaran que con el Android TV el equipo puede comunicarse con los smartphones (que usen versiones del sistema operativo homónimo) con tablets, y con los nuevos productos “wearable” como los relojes inteligentes (como el Moto 360, el LG Gwatch y el Samsung Gear Live).
En el televisor, la navegación puede realizarse desde un control remoto (el modelo 4K de Philips tiene teclado Qwerty), un control de videojuegos, un teléfono o una tableta que usen Andriod L, según los expertos.
