Un joven fue detenido por estar acusado de violar a dos mujeres a la salida de un bar, en la Plaza Espora de Temperley, ubicada frente a la estación ferroviaria. El imputado fue identificado por las víctimas y tiene antecedentes por robo.
Según informa Diario Conurbano, la detención del joven, de poco más de 20 años, de quien no trascendió la identidad, fue ordenada por la fiscal de Lomas de Zamora Andrea Nicoletti y convalidada por el juez de Garantías de Lomas Gabriel Vitale.
El 3 de abril pasado, según informaron fuentes judiciales a DiarioConurbano.com, el joven detenido interceptó a una mujer de 48 años cuando salía del bar Finisterre, ubicado en la avenida Meeks, frente la plaza de Temperley.
El joven se ofreció a acompañarla a un kiosco pero a los pocos metros la obligó a meterse entre dos tanques que tiene la Plaza Espora. Allí la agredió y la violó.
Exactamente una semana después, de acuerdo a la investigación, el detenido repitió la acción con una joven de 19 años que salía del mismo bar. También conversó con ella, la engañó y la llevó por la fuerza a la zona de vías, junto a la plaza, y la violó.
Cuando hicieron las denuncias, las dos víctimas dieron las mismas características fisonómicas del agresor, a la vez que vecinos de la zona aportaron datos en el mismo sentido. Esto permitió avanzar la investigación e identificar a la víctima.
Además, según trascendió, un domo de seguridad instalado en la plaza captó el momento en que una de las víctimas se alejaba del lugar, golpeaba, luego de la violación.
La prueba se fortaleció porque el joven tenía un robo como antecedentes y la víctima de ese hecho dio las mismas características que las mujeres violadas.
Finalmente, el acusado fue detenido en una vivienda de Tristán Suárez. Está imputado por abuso sexual con acceso carnal en dos hechos.
