El bloque de diputados del oficialismo, junto a bancadas aliadas, consiguió emitir dictamen favorable al proyecto de reforma de la ley de Inteligencia en un plenario de comisiones que contó con la presencia del secretario de Inteligencia, Oscar Parrilli, y del secretario Legal y Técnico de la Presidencia, Carlos Zannini, y buscará darle sanción definitiva en una sesión especial que se llevará a cabo el miércoles próximo.
El despacho de mayoría se firmó en el último tramo de la reunión de comisiones que se extendió por espacio de cuatro horas y que contó con la participación de bancadas de la oposición -a diferencia de lo que sucedió el viernes pasado- como la Coalición Cívica, Compromiso Federal, Unidad Popular, la bancada del radical disidente Eduardo Santín, y el Frente de Trabajadores de Izquierda.
En tanto, la mayoría de los diputados opositores que asistieron a la reunión anticiparon que presentarán dictámenes de minoría rechazando este proyecto y señalaron sus críticas por el trámite rápido que le imprimía el oficialismo para aprobar esta iniciativa clave para la democracia.
De este modo, el oficialismo podrá cumplir su objetivo de debatir esta ley que apunta a delimitar la función de los agentes de la ex SIDE para evitar que puedan tener activa participación como sucedió en el caso de la AMIA y transparentar los fondos reservados, en una sesión especial que impulsará la bancada del Frente para la Victoria para el próximo miércoles.
El plenario de las comisiones de Asuntos Constitucionales, de Justicia, Seguridad Interior y de Legislación Penal abrió su deliberación cerca de las 10.15 con la presencia de diputados del oficialismo y bancadas opositoras, aunque mantuvo su ausencia la principal fuerza opositora, la Unión Cívica Radical.
El centenario partido político y sus actuales aliados, el PRO de Mauricio Macri, el Frente Renovador de Sergio Massa, y el Frente Amplio Progresista, reafirmaron su postura de no asistir al plenario ni a la sesión y ratificaron una audiencia publica el próximo 25.
De este modo, estas fuerzas políticas no asistieron al plenario de comisiones -conducido por la bonaerense Diana Conti- donde los legisladores tuvieron la oportunidad de realizar preguntas sobre esta iniciativa al secretario de Inteligencia, Oscar Parrilli, el subsecretario Juan Mena, y al secretario Legal y Técnico Carlos Zannini.
Las autoridades del gobierno nacional reivindicaron esta iniciativa como una herramienta “para incrementar los valores democráticos” al sostener que los organismos de inteligencia tendrán control político debido a que esta era una deuda desde la restauración democrática desde 1983.
Parrilli señaló que “es un avance cualitativo y trascendente para la democracia” al imponer más controles y transparencia sobre las funciones que tendrán estos organismos.
