“Somos 70 vendedores desalojados de la estación ferroviaria de Glew. El intendente Daniel Bolettieri nos desalojó sin ningún remordimiento y conciencia”, denunciaron los feriantes y aseguran que “a pesar del acuerdo establecido de palabra por medio del cual los trabajadores nos desempeñamos desde hace 25 años, el último mes este acuerdo tácito se quebró y ya no podemos establecernos allí, ningún día de la semana, además de ser intimidados por las fuerzas policiales”.
Los vendedores recuerdan que antes de que Darío Giustozzi asumiera como intendente en el 2007, “nos prometió que iba a regularizar la situación de los vendedores ambulantes y organizar el espacio público. Pero asumió y nunca hizo nada. Ahora de imprevisto nos echan. Todos tenemos familia y este trabajo es nuestra única fuente de ingreso“.
Los manifestantes denuncian, además, que “nos echaron sólo a nosotros, en las demás localidades siguen vendiendo como todos los días. Enciman nos difaman con respecto a la procedencia de la mercadería que vendemos. Pareciera que son improvisados, no existen ningún tipo de planificación urbana”.
