El ministro de Planificación Federal, Julio De Vido, mantuvo ayer una reunión con el “country manager” del Grupo Enel y presidente de Edesur, Fabrizio Allegra, en la que dialogaron sobre la inversión que la distribuidora eléctrica realizó durante el primer semestre de este año. Se trata de 1.000 millones de pesos, que la concesionaria del servicio
de energía eléctrica utiliza en la concreción de obras de mejoras y la ampliación de sus redes de alta, media y baja tensión en su área de servicio.
En un comunicado de prensa, Edesur precisó que entre enero y junio “se realizaron más de 200 trabajos en las redes de media y baja tensión con el fin de atender el crecimiento de la demanda y mejorar la calidad de servicio a sus más de 2.500.000 clientes”.
Además, y según ese mismo comunicado, se incrementó la capacidad de potencia en las subestaciones Rafael Calzada y Transradio que beneficia a los vecinos de Almirante Brown, Esteban Echeverría y Lomas de
Zamora. En tanto, en la Subestación Gutiérrez, de Florencio Varela, Edesur está instalando una subestación móvil de 35 megavatios.
También se informo que siguen avanzando los trabajos para ampliar la Subestación Bosques, ubicada en el
partido de Berazategui. De la reunión, celebrada en la sede de la cartera de Planificación, participó también el
director Regional de Relaciones Institucionales del Grupo Enel, Francesco Giorgianni.
Con estas inversiones,Edesur pretende poner fin a los sucesivos cortes de energía que durante este invierno -con un récord de consumo de electricidad- aquejaron a varias localidades del Sur del conurbano: Lanús, Florencio Varela, Quilmes, Lomas de Zamora y Almirante Brown.
