Un policía mató de un balazo a uno de los cuatro delincuentes que intentaron robarle la camioneta en la que llegaba a su casa de la localidad bonaerense de Wilde en Avellaneda, aunque luego se determinó que el arma con la que lo amenazaron era de juguete, informaron hoy fuentes policiales.
El hecho ocurrió ayer cerca de las 19 en la esquina de la calle Alighieri, entre Soreda y Baradero, al sur del conurbano, donde cuatro asaltantes, uno de ellos menor de edad, intentaron robarle la camioneta Peugeot Partner a un sargento de la Policía Federal, en momentos en que la estacionaba en la puerta de su casa.
El suboficial, que pertenece a la División Caballería, estaba en ese momento vestido de civil, ya que regresaba de visitar a un amigo que vive en Lanús Oeste, por lo que los delincuentes no advirtieron que se trataba de un policía.
Según los informantes, el efectivo extrajo su arma al ser apuntado con una pistola plateada -que luego se estableció que era de juguete- y disparó contra los asaltantes, a uno de los cuales mató de un tiro.
El fallecido resultó ser el menor de edad de la banda, quien residía en la zona de Villa Diamante, donde la policía procuraba localizar a los cómplices, que se sospecha son de la misma zona.
La investigación se encuentra a cargo del personal de la comisaría 5ta de Avellaneda, dependencia donde quedó demorado el policía a disposición del fiscal 2 de Avellaneda, Mario Prieto, quien aguarda los resultados de una serie de peritajes para resolver su situación procesal.
