El Gobierno Nacional formalizó la vigencia del programa Subenefici, la iniciativa que ofrece descuentos en comercios con la tarjeta SUBE y tendrá vigencia hasta el 31 de diciembre de este año. La tarjeta tiene más de 8 millones de usuarios.
La creación del programa quedó formalizada mediante la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de la resolución conjunta 671/2015 y 1/2015 de los ministerios de Economía y del Interior y Transporte.
La normativa estableció que el gasto que demande su puesta en funcionamiento será atendido con partidas específicas del Ministerio de Economía.
El programa Subeneficio para la compra de bienes y servicios con la tarjeta que tiene más de 8 millones de usuarios había sido presentado por la presidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner en marzo de este año.
La tarjeta SUBE “ha tenido a la fecha un importante desarrollo en relación a su implementación, verificándose un incremento exponencial en la cantidad de usuarios, la expansión en la cobertura de distintos centros urbanos, la diversificación y optimización de los mecanismos para la obtención y recarga de la tarjeta y el conocimiento general del sistema por parte de la población”, según la normativa.
En tanto, añade que el programa Subeneficio “se enmarca en un conjunto de iniciativas llevadas adelante por el Poder Ejecutivo Nacional para afianzar el crecimiento económico con inclusión social, con especial acento en el desarrollo del mercado interno” y su objetivo es “brindar una herramienta a los consumidores para aumentar su capacidad de compra y, de este modo, promover el crecimiento de la actividad comercial, la producción y el empleo”.
