El Ministerio de Seguridad provincial consignó que “se asegura estricta reserva de identidad” para quienes suministren información a las autoridades. Las personas que quieran aportar algún dato deben presentarse ante los fiscales generales de Cámara de cualquier departamento judicial de la provincia o llamar a los teléfonos 011-4265-4790 de la UFI 2 de Avellaneda o 0221-429-3015 y 429-3211 de la Dirección Provincial de Registro de Personas Desaparecidas.
El hecho fue cometido a primera hora del domingo 28 de diciembre pasado en un complejo de casas, tipo PH, ubicado en la calle Montes de Oca al 700, de Avellaneda, donde discutió un grupo de vecinos. En esa circunstancia, “El loco Cacho” atacó a balazos a Silvia Isabel Rosso, de 57 años, y a su hija Yamila Zaira, de 23. Fuentes policiales explicaron que el origen de la pelea fue por el uso de la puerta del pasillo que comunicaba los PH donde vivían.
Rosso murió en forma instantánea, mientras que la joven -herida en el hígado, estómago, intestino delgado y pierna izquierda- falleció horas después en el Hospital Fiorito.
El agresor, tras balear a las mujeres, escapó aparentemente hacia la Costa Atlántica.
En el episodio, Emanuel Martínez, de 27 años, intentó auxiliar a las víctimas y murió al ser baleado por el novio de la chica, que lo confundió con el agresor y luego se entregó a la Policía.
