Un hombre fue detenido ayer en la localidad bonaerense de Berisso, acusado intentar captar a menores de edad mediante las redes sociales para abusar sexualmente de ellos.
En el procedimiento realizado en la casa del sospechoso, los efectivos de la división Delitos Complejos y Cibercrimen secuestraron computadoras, teléfonos celulares y material útil para la causa.
Según se informó, el acusado, de 41 años, habría montado una sala de chat por la que contactaba a menores de edad. Allí se pudo ver mensajes agrupados bajo el titulo “Chat con niñas de 11 años sólo 11”, en donde aparecían el siguiente texto: “Alguna nena de 11 a 18 años, para jugar por cámara, novio, yo tengo 26…”.
Como en uno de esos ataques la víctima habría sido contactada a través de la web se le dio intervención también a la fiscalía especializada en delitos conectados con la trata de personas.
El hombre quedó detenido por “corrupción de Menores calificada agravada por resultar ser las victimas menores de 13 años en concurso ideal, con el delito de abuso sexual”.
Interviene la Unidad Funcional Instrucción y Juicio Nº 1, en forma conjunta con la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción Nro. 04 y el Juzgado de Garantías Nº 4, todos del Departamento Judicial La Plata.
