Dos bandas de delincuentes dedicadas a la modalidad “piratería del asfalto” fueron desbaratadas en el partido bonaerense de Lomas de Zamora y en los allanamientos fue recuperada la mercadería robada, en un caso productos alimenticios valuados en 180.000 pesos y en el otro garrafas y tubos de gas de 45 kilos, informaron hoy fuentes policiales.
El primero de los hechos se registró cuando tres ladrones armados abordaron al chofer de un camión que transportaba comestibles en jurisdicción de la localidad de Parque Barón, en el mencionado partido del sur del conurbano. Los asaltantes hicieron bajar al conductor bajo amenazas y escaparon con el vehículo, aunque éste fue encontrado abandonado más tarde en Lanús.
Luego de la denuncia del chofer asaltado, personal de la Dirección Departamental de Investigaciones (DDI) Lomas de Zamora puso en marcha diversas tareas investigativas y averiguó que un grupo de personas descargaba cajas de alimentos en un galpón ubicado en Terrada 2150, de Ingeniero Budge.
Al efectuar el allanamiento en el predio, detuvieron a tres hombres, uno de 28 años y dos de 30, recuperaron gran cantidad de cajas de comida de primeras marcas con un valor aproximado de 180.000 pesos e incautaron una motocicleta marca Honda Twister 250 con pedido de secuestro activo.
El segundo de los hechos ocurrió cuando tres hombres armados interceptaron en el partido de Avellaneda una camioneta Ford F-4000 con el logo de YPF cargada con garrafas y tubos de gas. Los asaltantes redujeron al conductor y a su acompañante, los forzaron a descender y escaparon con el vehículo.
Luego de la denuncia, efectivos de la DDI Lomas de Zamora encontraron la camioneta robada abandonada y sin la mercadería en Villa Diamante, partido de Lanús.
Finalmente, los uniformados ubicaron la mercadería, 100 garrafas y unos 35 tubos de gas de 45 kilos, dentro de un tinglado en un terreno ubicado en Millán al 4100, en Villa Centenario.
Allí detuvieron a los tres delincuentes y a otras dos personas propietarias del terreno, que luego se supo eran quienes habían comprado lo robado para luego revenderlo en el mercado ilegal.
En el procedimiento también fue incautado un revólver Taurus calibre .38 con la numeración suprimida.
Tanto los detenidos como los elementos incautados quedaron a disposición del fiscal temático de piratería del asfalto del Departamento Judicial Lomas de Zamora, Diego Benedetto.
