Una banda de remiseros que se dedicaba a cometer asaltos contra ancianos y operaba en Lomas de Zamora y Mar del Plata fue desbaratada en las últimas horas. El grupo de delincuentes cometió varios ilícitos y producto de uno de sus atracos murió un anciano.
Se trata de una organización compuesta por varias personas –comandadas por tres sujetos apodados “Tucu”, “Liendre” y “Leo”- cinco de los cuales fueron apresados por efectivos de la Dirección Operaciones contra el Crimen Organizado de la Policía de la provincia de Buenos Aires.
“Durante los procedimientos, que permitieron esclarecer 24 hechos delictivos, se incautaron automóviles, motocicletas, armas de fuego, handys con frecuencia policial, y varios electrodomésticos que sería producto de ilícitos” dijo el comisario Mayor, Raúl Alberto Uribe, Director de Operaciones contra el Crimen Organizado de Delitos Complejos.
De acuerdo al jefe policial, “la banda fue desarticulada totalmente y es la responsable de todos los hechos delictivos. Se trabajó durante tres meses y se recuperaron una gran cantidad de los elementos sustraídos a las víctimas”.
Según las pesquisas, el modus operandi consistía en que cuando una de las víctimas tomaba un automóvil de alquiler en una remisería “trucha”, ubicada cerca de los Tribunales de Lomas de Zamora, su chófer comenzaba a indagarla para determinar si era propietario de su casa y si vivía sola, entre otras cuestiones. En tanto, al ver cómo estaba vestida y tras arribar a la vivienda, trababa de determinar su poder adquisitivo y, más tarde, le sacaba fotografías a la casa para luego distribuirlas entre sus compañeros.
Los días siguientes realizaban observaciones sobre los inmuebles para establecer los movimientos de las personas mayores, y posteriormente ingresaban en horas de la noche a cometer los atracos. Luego de amenazas y golpes, le sustraían dinero, pero si no hallaban sumas importantes, robaban todos los electrodomésticos del lugar.
“De acuerdo a las escuchas telefónicas y entrecruzamiento de llamadas, se pudo constatar que los integrantes del grupo habían montado el mismo sistema para cometer hechos en Mar del Plata”, indicó el comisario Uribe-
El diario Infonews informa que jefe relató que “esta organización también escuchaba la frencuencia policial para saber la ubicación de los patrulleros y asi concretar los golpes con mayor facilidad”.
También se comprobó que una de las víctimas de esta banda, fue baleada durante uno asalto cometido a principios de junio pasado y falleció cuatro días después.
