Un sujeto de 26 años, que era intensamente buscado acusado por el asesinato de un efectivo de la Policía Local de Lomas de Zamora, durante una discusión, fue detenido en las últimas horas luego de un operativo realizado en Ingeniero Budge.
La captura se realizó en la esquina de Cañuelas y Arroyo del Rey y estuvo a cargo de integrantes del destacamento Villa Rita de este distrito.
El crimen ocurrió el domingo pasado en Constancio C. Vigil al 1400 cuando el Oficial de Policía Enrique Emanuel Esquivel (23), quien estaba franco de servicio y de civil, y un amigo conversaban frente a su casa.
En ese instante pasó el acusado y luego de mantener, por causas que se investigan, una fuerte discusión, el individuo extrajo un arma y le efectuó dos disparos, uno de los cuales impactó en su pecho. Tras la agresión, el tirador huyó a la carrera mientras que Esquivel fue trasladado malherido al Hospital Gandulfo de Lomas de Zamora donde murió a raíz del balazo recibido.
Asimismo, en las 48 horas subsiguientes, se libraron 13 órdenes de allanamiento en casas de familiares y conocidos. En algunos lugares habría estado el imputado, pero se movía con rapidez, cambiando de vestimenta y celulares.
Cercado por la Policía bonarense y, neutralizados los dos lugares que le quedaban por utilizar, uno en el interior de la provincia y otro en Chaco, donde ya se habían enviado comisiones de investigación, se comenzó a negociar la entrega. Así, cercado, decidió entregarse en el día de ayer.
