Un radiólogo será juzgado desde hoy por el crimen de su esposa, asesinada de seis balazos en una vivienda luego de encontrarla frente a la computadora chateando con un supuesto amante, en la localidad bonaerense de Lanús Oeste, en 2011, informaron hoy fuentes judiciales.
Se trata de Juan Héctor Pared (56), quien será enjuiciado ante el Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal (TOC) 10 de Lomas de Zamora por el
“homicidio agravado por el vínculo”, en perjuicio de Mónica Mareco (50).
Durante el debate oral declararán seis psiquiatras para tratar de dilucidar si en el momento del ataque el acusado estaba consciente
de sus actos o si estuvo bajo emoción violenta.
El hecho que se ventilará en el juicio ocurrió el jueves 18 de agosto de 2011 en una casa situada en Deán Funes al 2840 de Lanús Oeste, en la que la víctima convivía junto a Pared.
De acuerdo a la etapa de instrucción, el hombre, un reconocido técnico radiólogo industrial especializado en oleoductos de gas y petróleo, encontró a su mujer sentada frente a la computadora
presuntamente conversando a través de la red social Facebook
con quien él sospechaba que era un amante.
Tras efectuarle seis disparos con un revólver calibre .32, Pared tuvo la intención de suicidarse, pero su hijo justo llegó a la casa, se balanzó sobre su padre y se lo impidió. Es que el joven había eclarado
que el padre lo llamó la noche del jueves diciéndole que se había “mandado una macana”, que se iba a suicidar porque había matado a la madre.
Las fuentes agregaron que el chico concurrió a la casa y se encontró con que Mareco yacía en el suelo con seis tiros en la cabeza, con
un bolso, porque aparentemente estaba por abandonar el hogar conyugal. A los pocos minutos, arribó al lugar la Policía y se dispuso la detención del radiólogo, que quedó acusado de “homicidio
agravado por el vínculo”. El revólver utilizado era de un abuelo del acusado
