Una mujer fue asesinada ayer de un balazo en el estómago en el
populoso barrio San José, de Temperley y por el crimen detuvieron a su concubino que denunció que a la víctima la balearon durante un asalto a su casa del partido bonaerense de Lomas de Zamora, informaron fuentes policiales.
El hecho ocurrió ayer a la mañana, cuando Erica Acuña (28) ingresó herida de bala al Hospital Gandulfo de dicho partido de esta zona Sur de conurbano bonaerense, adonde fue trasladada por el ahora acusado de haberla matado.
Fuentes policiales informaron a la agencia Télam que la mujer murió a pesar de haber recibido asistencia médica inmediata en ese centro asistencial, mientras que su concubino, de 29 años, denunció ante los efectivos que lo entrevistaron que su mujer había sido baleada en un asalto.
El hombre dio la versión de que delincuentes habían entrado a robar a su casa ubicada en Yatay al 100, del barrio San José, de Temperley partido de Lomas de Zamora, y que en esas circunstancia dispararon contra su mujer, dijeron los informantes.
Sin embargo, los peritos de la Policía Científica hallaron luego en la vivienda una vaina servida y una sábana manchada con sangre en otro sector del inmueble al señalado por el concubino de la víctima
como el lugar donde ocurrió el supuesto asalto, explicó a la agencia de noticias Télam una fuente de la pesquisa.
Estas pruebas, sumadas a otras “contradicciones” en las que incurrió el hombre, llevaron a los investigadores a detenerlo como sospechoso
de haber sido el autor del disparo que mató a la mujer,
indicó el mismo informante.
Este investigador señaló que,el acusado trabaja como operario de una empresa tercerizada de Edesur. Asimismo, según se supo, el hombre acusado del crimen de su esposa tiene antecedentes penales por diversos hechos de violencia.
La causa es investigada por el fiscal Mariano Leguiza Capristo, de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción (UFI) 9 del Departamento Judicial
