La Asociación Bancaria (AB) comenzó hoy un paro general de 48 horas a partir de mañana en todo el país, con concurrencia a los lugares de trabajo y movilizaciones, en demanda de “un inmediato acuerdo salarial en la negociación paritaria”.
Un comunicado firmado por los secretarios general y de Prensa, Sergio Palazzo y Eduardo Berrozpe, respectivamente, reseñó que el viernes último el gremio asistió a una reunión en la cartera laboral encabezada por el ministro Carlos Tomada, en la que participaron directivos de la cámara ABAPPRA, que lidera en representación de los empresarios la negociación para el sector.
“Esa representación empresaria, que había realizado una propuesta anterior de mejora salarial del 24 por ciento, concretó otra por el 27, aun conociendo que la Bancaria la rechazaría por insuficiente, y tampoco presentó una propuesta adecuada para compensar el injusto impuesto a las ganancias”, puntualizaron.
La conducción del gremio “se puso a disposición del Ministerio y de las patronales en procura de una solución durante el fin de semana, pero aún no fue convocada”, señaló el documento gremial.
“Los bancos ganaron en 2014 más del 56 por ciento en relación con el ejercicio anterior; se beneficiaron con la devaluación que perjudicó a los trabajadores y, hace ya 145 días, comenzó la negociación paritaria para renovar la escala salarial, que debe regir entre el 1º de enero y el 31 de diciembre”, subrayaron.
Por ello, el Secretariado Nacional ratificó esta tarde el paro general de dos días desde mañana, con concurrencia a los lugares de trabajo, cese total de tareas y movilizaciones en todo el país.
