Empleados municipales de Almirante Brown rechazaron la oferta salarial del Ejecutivo Municipal y continúan exigiendo un 40 por ciento de incremento.
La semana pasada representantes del Sindicatos de Empleados Municipales se reunieron con el intendente Daniel Bolettieri quien ofreció un aumento del 28 por ciento pero el gremio no aceptó y las negociaciones continuarán durante esta semana.
Con el objetivo de analizar la oferta salarial y las medidas a seguir, delegados sindicales encabezados, encabezados por Walter Ortega, convocaron hoy a una asamblea en el hall central de la Municipalidad con la presencia de más de 200 empleados.
Debido a la ausencia de representantes de la comisión que hoy está al frente del sindicato, los empleados marcharon a la sede gremial en busca de respuestas por parte de sus representantes ante el ejecutivo.
“Queremos saber que ocurrió en la reunión y si van aceptar la oferta de ejecutivo. Sabemos que en años anteriores el aumento se dio por decreto cerrando los canales de negociación, y esa medida fue aceptada en silencio por el sindicato. Pedimos que esta vez si pasa lo mismo se tomen medidas de fuerza que protejan a los trabajadores“, aseguraron los delegados presentes.
“A diferencia de otros gremios acá no funcionan las negociaciones paritarias. Las negociaciones son entre la comisión directiva y el ejecutivo, que sabemos que en Brown responde a los mismos intereses, no olvidemos que el actual intendente fue secretario del sindicato durante años. Por eso pedimos que se forme una mesa de dialogo integrada por distintos sectores que representen los reales intereses de los empleados municipales“, aseguraron los delegados que impulsaron la asamblea.
En la sede del sindicato, los empleados expusieron estos reclamos ante la comisión directiva y recibieron como respuesta que no se va aceptar la oferta del ejecutivo y que si se efectiviza por decreto el aumento se tomarán las medias pertinentes. El miércoles hay una nueva reunión con el Ejecutivo municipal y a partir de allí se definirán las acciones a seguir por los empleados de Almirante Brown.
