El jefe de Gabinete, Jorge Capitanich, ironizó en su conferencia de prensa y sostuvo que “no ocupará el lugar” de la fiscal Viviana Fein, quien debió dar hoy marcha atrás con declaraciones realizadas ayer por la existencia de borradores del fiscal Nisman, así como tampoco del juez Ariel Lijo, quien mandó a sortear la causa.
La causa había quedado en manos del juez Daniel Rafecas pero se declaró ayer incompetente, por lo que ahora, la Cámara Federal debe decidir qué juez debe intervenir.
Críticas a Clarín. El jefe de Gabinete, Jorge Capitanich, volvió hoy a desacreditar las últimas notas del diario Clarín sobre la denuncia del fallecido fiscal de la causa AMIA, Alberto Nisman, contra la presidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner y las calificó de “operaciones de prensa burdas de grupos de Inteligencia que han sido desplazados y buscan en la basura elementos funcionales a su estrategia”.
