La presidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner encabezará hoy a la tarde en el Salón de las Mujeres del Bicentenario de la Casa Rosada, un acto en el que anunciará el envío del anteproyecto de Ley del Actor al Congreso.
Con motivo del anuncio oficial, Brown On Line conversó con artistas locales sobre la importancia de esta reglamentación para el conjunto de los actores del país. “Es un paso gigantesco para la profesión, para reivindicar el oficio de actor muchas veces ninguneado”, asegura Ricardo Larramata, actor browniano e integrante del elenco de la obra “El loco y la camisa” que se presenta en el teatro Picadero.
Según informaciones oficiales esta ley apunta a reconocer los derechos laborales, previsionales y de seguridad social de los trabajadores actores. Al respecto, Larramata destaca la importancia de brindarle una protección social para el actor. “Hoy por ejemplo un actor afiliado al sindicato tiene que pagar todo lo correspondiente a su obra social, no así como en cualquier otro trabajo donde hace su aporte también la patronal“, explica Lamarrata quien en la actualidad está grabando para la novela “la Leona” que será trasmitida por Telefe con el protagónico de Nancy Duplaa y Pablo Echarri. “Es auspiciosa una ley que considere a los actores como trabajadores, porque eso es lo que somos, trabajadores de la actuación“, destacó.
En la misma linea, el vecino y actor Mármol, Martín Amezaga, quien el domingo estará presentando en Adrogué la obra de payasos para adultos El Tambor de shiva y otras yerbas, resaltó que esta legislación “tiene como objetivo la ampliación de derechos” y sobre todo “es un reconocimiento para el gremio de los actores que en situaciones oscuras del país como la dictadura fueron espacio de resistencia, muchos dando su vida y otros terminando olvidados y en la pobreza. Como actores acompañamos esta iniciativa del Gobierno Nacional”.
