Otra vez la violencia y la invasión a la propiedad privada fueron parte de la jornada del último viernes cuando unos 30 policías participaron del tercer intento de desalojo a una familia de pequeños productores rurales que trabaja desde hace dos décadas en una parcela en Ministro Rivadavia, en Almirante Brown.
La familia Velázquez fue atacada de forma violenta en octubre de 2014 cuando un grupo de policías ingresó a las tierras que habitan y en la que producen cerdos, gallinas y además tienen una quinta: en esa oportunidad les destrozaron el campo, fueron maltratados físicamente y además trasladados a la comisaría 34. En diciembre la escena se repitió: nuevamente fueron traslados a la comisaría, pero luego los Velázquez decidieron doblegar sus esfuerzos y acampan desde fin del año pasado en la puerta de su casa y remontaron el criadero y los cultivos. Pero a pesar de sus esfuerzos por seguir manteniendo el lugar por el que tanto trabajo pusieron durante años, el viernes la violencia fue parte de la escena.
“Llegaron al campo de Héctor Velázquez y su familia antes del mediodía en cuatro camionetas policiales, dos de ellas pertenecientes a Seguridad del Municipio de Almirante Brown, además de una combi y vehículos particulares”, dijo al diario El Argentino Sur un miembro del Movimiento Nacional Campesino Indígena (MNCI) que apoya a esta familia.
El operativo pretendió desalojar a la familia, “según admitieron los policías, sin orden judicial alguna, por una directiva de autoridades municipales de Almirante Brown y comenzaron por sacar los animales de los Velázquez hacia la calle por la fuerza y con intimidación”, relató Lucio del MNCI. Durante el violento procedimiento fue advertida la presencia de funcionarios comunales, entre ellos Graciela Millauro, de la Dirección de Tierras, y Lucas Fernández, de Medio Ambiente. “Los policías finalmente desistieron por la acción de vecinos y miembros de organizaciones con los que la familia resiste los atropellos y supuestamente en ese momento se enteran de la judicialización en la que se encuentran las tierras”, explicaron. Luego, desde Tierras, indicaron que el desalojo era de la vía pública, pero el daño ya estaba hecho. La familia defiende su derecho a la tierra, en la que trabaja y habita, en una causa radicada en el Juzgado Civil número 5 de Lomas de Zamora a cargo de la jueza Rosa Caram y Héctor Velázquez afronta además una causa penal en la que actúa el fiscal Sebastián Oscar Bisquert. “El caso es que el subcomisario Raúl López, de la comisaría cuarta de Longchamps, firmó un acta y luego se fueron, pero tras la retirada policial llegaron al lugar una topadora y una camioneta de la Empresa Colombi, contratadas por el supuesto dueño del predio al que nadie conoce”, indicaron fuentes consultadas que estuvieron en el momento del arribo de la topadora. “Casualmente, esa empresa es parte en la causa judicial y es la misma que en julio de 2014 vendió el predio en conflicto a un tercero de apellido Somoza, a quien tampoco se le vio la cara”, explicaron. Como en la ocasión anterior, una de las hijas de Héctor Velázquez, que es discapacitada, tuvo que ser atendida en la salita de salud próxima al predio, el UPA de Longchamps, debido al sufrimiento que le causó el operativo policial, en una espiral de violencia que parece no tener un final.
