Dos peligrosos delincuentes, que asaltaron a una mujer, le robaron su vehículo, fugaron y se tirotearon con la policía, fueron detenidos en San José.
Los acontecimientos se iniciaron anoche, cuando el personal del CPC de Almirante Brown es alertado mediante 911 de que en la calle Sanchez Nº 5754 de San José una mujer, identificada como Mara Joel Molina,de 28 años de edad, domiciliada en Banfield, en circunstancias que se encontraba estacionando su rodado marca Volkswagen Country, es interceptada por un rodado marca Volkswagen Fox de color gris, el que se encuentra abordado por 4 sujetos, del que descienden dos individuos armados, sustrayéndole el rodado y dándose a la fuga del lugar.
Radiada el alerta del hecho, el Móvil Zona 21 en la calle Gorriti y 24 de San Francisco Solano de Amiranlte. Brown divisan el rodado VW Country y al VW Fox, por lo que solicitan apoyo y se genera una persecución, a las pocas cuadras perdiendo de vista el vehículo VW Fox, llevando a cabo un operativo cerrojo, donde los delincuentes efectúan varios disparos sin herir al persona ni lograr impactar en el móvil, asimismo el personal repele la agresión sin herir a los delincuentes.
Al llegar a las calles Sanchez y Santana de San José es que descienden del vehículo sustraído y se dan a la fuga a pié, efectuando nuevamente disparos contra el personal policial, con la colaboración de las unidades del comando y de la Comisaría 3º San José, es que se logra la aprehensión de dos de los cacos, identificados como José Emilio Romero y Hugo Alberto Diaz,ambos mayores de edad y con prontuarios policiales incautándole a Romero una pistola calibre 45 mm., marca COLT, numeración limada, con diez proyectiles intactos.
El personal resultó ileso, al igual que los móviles y los aprehendidos, se los traslada a la Seccional Alte. Brown 3º, San José a los fines de llevar a cabo actuaciones caratuladas “Robo calificado de automotor”, con intervención de la UFI en turno del Departamento Judicial Lomas de Zamora
